Beautiful group photo...
What do we call groups shots like that. A herd, pod, gaggle, a troop, colony, flock?
If there isn't one, we should start one.
A "stable"...these are all fems.

Looks good Beav. That dude will start popping any day no doubt.
Here are my little ones 26 days from seed. They got transplanted to 1 gal pots last week and will spend the next 2 weeks (3 weeks total +/-) in these pots before they go into their final homes. Notice the OG expression in that one lanky one in the back right. It's another attempt at running the Ghost Train Haze. The last one was really weird and funky, and I mildly neglected it. It still gave me 2+ zips and now that it has a nice cure, the smoke is really nice. So, I'm running it again and going to treat it better this time.
I must say...it's really cool running my own gear.
Yes it does but considering my age I guess I'll be content to just grow and consume whatever comes upWell, the truth is... there is always a chance there will be diverse phenotypical expression as the lineage of each strain is in the plants/seeds, and not just the phenotype being expressed at the time. The main thing you get from feminized seeds is females. Now if you do some "selfing" and back-crossing, you can narrow the genetic possibilities dramatically. I'm not a breeder and can't speak in great depth outside what I've read and learned on my own, but it takes several generations and multiple back-crosses to acceptably isolate a particular phenotype although each stage makes it closer to what you may want.
Does that make sense?
Some of us still remember having nothing but seeded bud back in the 60s and 70s. Was a little bit of a pain to deseed but we never complained about the buzz. Thanks Gov. Pretty happy things went well. I agree with you on seeded buds. They still smoke nice. I've been vaping AK47 seeded buds and can hardly notice the difference between that and the sinsemilla buds.
Do you maintain 62% RH for these as well?edit: I still have the other half of those seeded plants in jars. I read many breeders prefer to store their beans on buds while they cure...good enough for me.

Yep, I know what ya mean My bags were loaded with seeds and stems back in the 80s too. My connections weren't very good back then.I didn't smoke in the 60's, but most of the 70's for sure and it was like opening cracker jack every time. sometimes half the bag would end up being seeds/stems. I'd love to have some of those landrace beans I threw away by the handful for sure, but the weed today (at least mine anyway) makes it so I don't wish for the good ole days.
