Crawdaddy's 4'X4' Grow Tents w/Mars II 240X5W LED

Well this has been something I have been dealing with since I was 2.5 years old. So 20 years ago about to day. To make long story short I was in home accident involving a car, messed up my knee/leg. Have had surgery on it about 10-12 times of various severities since then. This last surgery Friday was to remove rod that been in bone for 10 years and examine knee. Rod did not want to come out easy so extra pain for me. But getting better day by day, crutches for next week-two. I will be doing serious pt/weight loss after healed to help avoid future early knee replacement, need to lose 50 lbs, going to be real hard.

G/f been helping me with heavy lifting for the plants.

Here are some pics of the Hawaiian Snow moved into the 4' X 4'. I have high hopes for this plant. It has 4-5, at least, main branches that will be as or bigger then plant just grown, she may get too big if stretches like her sisters.

Minor, hopefully, issue.....

Last night turned on the AC unit, was warmer yesterday so big tent was >80 degrees F, when compressor kicked on it flipped circuit breaker. Now I have to get electrician out here to see what I can do:(

Same circuit as the lights? Can't just run an extension from another circuit?

Last night turned on the AC unit, was warmer yesterday so big tent was >80 degrees F, when compressor kicked on it flipped circuit breaker. Now I have to get electrician out here to see what I can do:(

check what kind of amperage your breaker is on 15 or 20 check what kinda of amperage the ac unit uses
check all the amperages of the lights and everything else that is on that same circuit or outlet
you don't want it equal to your breaker you want the breaker to be able to put out more amps than
its drawing. if not you have to cut it back somewhere or get another line in from the box if you have an opening for spares on the breaker box, once you find out you can get the electrician in to either change out the 15 for a 20 if its a 15
or just run a new line off a spare to a new outlet dedicated to the lights or to the grow if it isn't drawing too many amps

Same circuit as the lights? Can't just run an extension from another circuit?

running extension cords is not a good thing for continuous long term use
the size of the wire the length of the wire could affect draw and amps voltage drops etc.
is a fire hazard would avoid as much use of any extension cords as much as possible

this Hawaiian Snow will be a real monster in no time i can tell you...
love that strain , all the phenos but prefer the hazy one which is unfortunately the longest like 11/12 weeks.
good luck with this one it is very healthy and should be huge.

im lucky there when I set up my outlet for my tent I had romex laying around
my best friends an electrician I had a spare opening on my fusebox
all I had to do was buy the outlet, the box for the outlet and a breaker
but I did the drilling and stuff cause my friend didn't wanna screw up the placement of the holes
easier for me to do it if I mess it up Its my house

You can get a roll of I think is 10 GA. Good for Max 55 amp draw, most homes are setup with 15 amp Max wire on circuit.
I was thinking of running a line in the attic, then down into the grow room. I ran into the same problem last year.
Always error on the side of caution, we don't want any fires for sure.

Yep b.real, all going to depend on size of plants, from my prior exp. with this Hawaiian Snow, I bet she will stretch out enough to fill whole tent. Could always throw some smaller test phenos in the corners.

Electrician stopped by, probably going to be under $1000 going to run two brand new circuits into room.

The Hawaiian Snow harvested a few days back is dry, dried a bit faster then I like, was in the 80's in closet last few days with outside temps in the 70 s and no A/C. But it a good amount of quality smoke, as you can see 47.7 grams off a single main cola plant with no training and short veg(< month). Not the biggest buds but chunky, one stuffed full jar. I am VERY happy with it except for the nanners...
