Crawdaddy's 4'X4' Grow Tents w/Mars II 240X5W LED

:bravo:

very nice Crawdaddy, and you’ll see, after a couple weeks of curing, the nice saliva effect will be there.
Hawaiian snow is a damn strain and can be a so called «-cash cropper-» if grown in a dedicated environment, the longest pheno is the one to go with for heavy harvests.
i have it. i just made clones and i love to share. then if someone is interested...feel free to ask and we’ll find an easy way.

Thanks everybody, and thanks for the reps those that gave :)

Here is the rest of that harvest, 40.8 grams from 5 little non trained plants...

Nothing special, but some good smoke. I actually used the bud washing method on these, well have to see if taste cleaner.

Interesting that ONE Hawaiian Snow yielded more then FIVE other plants, and the veg time was about the same. It was in a hydro setup too, others just soil. I am so excited to see how the large Hawaiian Snow I just moved in does. Will be first indoor plant I am expecting big things from, I will probably find way to screw it up lol.

You can get a roll of I think is 10 GA. Good for Max 55 amp draw, most homes are setup with 15 amp Max wire on circuit.
I was thinking of running a line in the attic, then down into the grow room. I ran into the same problem last year.
Always error on the side of caution, we don't want any fires for sure.

10 gauge wire MUST be on a 30 amp breaker. You should hold back on giving electrical advice if you are not qualified...

Kimmy, I agree.

I am playing it extra safe, the electrician is licensed and will be getting proper permits, but this is small job.

On another note, the light is off now so no pictures, but the Big Hawaiian Snow is looking great, all the branches are at least a few inches longer then flower day 1, she has bright lime green new growth. So far a very happy and bushy plant.

Probably start an outdoor journal soon, 8 out of 10 of the autoflowers I planted are above ground, doubt the other two will sprout, 80% germ rate is fine for me. IMO it just the first stage of the selection process.

Just got estimate for two new circuits, I think 20 amp each, with 2 6 plug outlets in a strip. $$1169 before tax, I sent them an email back and said $999 or I look for another bid. Would still have current circuit too should be more then enough for future lights/tents.

Going to be at least fall till new tent/led panel now:( was thinking about saving for one of the more spendy ones to see if worth it.

Did you miss the part where he said "I THINK"? When someone says "I think", they expect you to check to be sure.
No I did not miss it, thanks!
I think a lot of things, but I don't give advice unless I'm sure. What happens when people on these forums take bad advice and burn down good homes and apartments ? Are you gonna pay for the casualties because you expected they would check to be sure ?

"I think" means you're going on memory and you're telling the person you're talking to not to rely on it as gospel. You lit into the guy as if he was giving firm advice. That was harsh, in my opinion.

Sorry about the $ output Craw but at least the lady of the house didn't put a complete stop to your grow huh?....:high-five:

No worries, I can afford it just do not want to dip into savings. But better safe then sorry and no way I cutting back growing. And no way I be able to get away with no A/c this summer and be happy about it. I am right at the limit of current circuit with everything on, I can turn on A/c and it fine till compressor kicks in. Probably not help that my Pc/monitor on that circuit too, will have to move it into other bedroom when get next tent, probably fall.

she cant put a stop to it anyhow, cause she has her own plants :)

nice looking buds craw! im so glad i have an electrician in the family!! i just have to buy the parts, (counting lucky stars) :thumb:

Lucky you, the licensed ones cost some $$. But as I said before better safe then sorry, not to mention My g/f and I would probably get out in case of fire, but the cats might not. If I got one of them killed just for saving a few $$$ never live with myself. Even though they where probably the original source of my mites lol.

That reminds me I need to spray everything with no flowers down again this weekend

hi Crawdaddy, i'm sure this H.S. will turn into a monster, she needs quite a bit of food to be huge, but as she can be fed with little nutes and stay healthy too, then many people think H.S. does not eat much. it is un-true , she need good amount of nute to produce well in hydro. never tried or seen it grown in soil, except for coco but daily water/fed.
have a nice and green day Bro'

Ecdriver, from my still limited experience she seems to get her tips burned easy but still wants more food, I would not say she is a heavy feeder though, somewhere middle of the road.

She will be getting another gallon of GO regular strength nutes tonight, along with a nice dose of beneficial tea. I usually give 150% the recommended CaMg as it been my observation that plants under LED need more of it for some reason.

Will get some pics too when feeding, she is not looking all that much different, just starting her stretch.

I would get a couple more bids you'd be surprised at the differences in bids from contractor to contractor As a senior manager for FedEx I had to get three bids for every project. some small electrical project bids would range from $500 to $1500 for the same scope of work.:peace::thumb::high-five:
