Maybe I missed it, but if you could detail how you built that cloner, it would be greatly appreciated.

I mostly copied with slight modification Dantes Monkey's post ( near the bottom of page)
5 gallon bucket Cheap-cloner DIY

The only things I did differently was use a smaller pump, an ECO 185. The 400 was over kill.
The 185 uses a 3/8 output so I had to get a 3/8 to 1/2" slip adapter.
Used a 2" hole saw so I could use the 2" net pots. In his design you can't get the inserts out. They are way to tight. ( I found this out the hard way )
I also found that I could not screw in some of my sprayers -- the drilled hole was to smooth, no threads to grab onto. Use a screwdriver and a slightly bigger wood screw in the whole to make some threads for the misters to grab onto.

Used less sprayers.
Added 2" net pots

I think Tuckers says his misters clogged up. I have not inspected mine yet. I'm using straight tap water so I don't know how they would clog up. I did use some clone-ex but it gets washed off in a day so I'll stop using it to keep the water cleaner.

I just checked the clones the AM.
The 2 revived clones are doing great and I think these are roots starting on the new clones.

Yeah those micro spray heads started clogging on me once they were past seedling and into veg. Too much root matter and shit getting up in there. You'd have less hassles for just cloning

They make small micron filter bags to put the submersible pump into if that's the kind of pump used

And the Cloner is doing its thang.

For transplanting the clones to a DWC I was thinking of taking a rapid rooter and cutting it half or less then splitting it to mimic the foam insert the clones are in now. That would give it some extra support.

Thoughts?

Have you found that the gold leaf is a very light feeder? We were 700-900 ppm max on this strain, where have your ppms been at?

They are a little to bushy. No light getting thru. Little worried about mold so I gave them a minor haircut Wednesday Morning.

Oh ya, Almost forgot. I hooked up a 3rd LED in the tent Monday night at Lights out.. Same size as the other 2. Tuesday night came home. TO HOT. It was 75-76 but the water was up to 72. PPM was in the 1200. Thirsty girls. I added about almost a gallon of plain ph water in each rez which brought the temp and ppm down. It was normal the next morning. I only have a 4" exhaust fan. I might get a 6" and use the 4" as an intake. But I'll probably just get an air conditioner.

I moved Wilma and Wendy into the tent tonight. Its very tight . I tried different configurations tring to get the best light and air flow. Even tried hanging the fan.

I ended up with this:
