Cottage 420's Organic Perpetual Indoor Garden

I have a Mutant polyploid running now. She looked to be finished around day 35 in flower.

Good right? That's pretty fast.

.

side note:
Why is it anything "free" gets my attention? I buy seeds and run the freebees. ffs

You should force that 35 dayer to make nanners and get some fem pollen, that pollen might be worth some serious $cratch!!

That is funny about buying seeds to get the freebies.

Hey Bob! Good to see things are still looking wonderful here brother :Namaste:

Hey bud - good to see you back. :passitleft:

You got a grow going??

Currently trimming the PMB mutant - man its piney smelling. Smells like a pine tree just got chopped down lol.

I've gotten high from Pinene before trimming. Now wondering if lumber jacks get high when they work on pine trees. :surf:

I get completely stoned in 20 minutes trimming. I'm gonna let her gas off some more over night. Gonna weigh up and take pics of that main cola.

Not the biggest ever for me but it's dense. This plant gonna be a good yielder.

The high is a complete head and body stone and that's freshies. Not my fav but with a cure than can change big time. I had the same thing with the PMB mutant I ran last summer so guess thats where the seed came from. That one reminded me of Old Spice which I hate the smell of and after a cure it was berries.

PMB gave me that stony high but it wasn't this strong.

Breathing the vapor from the fresh flowers has me stoned so maybe that's the Pinene.

That gasses off pretty quickly and leaves a sort of resin coating on the flowers.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Open the hatch,
I'm not done trimming Jim.

First thing that crossed my mind. I'm torn on the ethics. Given what we humans did with the wheat polyploid.

But moving forward with it for sure. 35 days is a conservative time frame. I think she was done in 30 days. Nothing has changed in a week at least.

I did transplant and move her into flower on the full moon in January which was a
super full moon with a lunar eclipse.

The clones grew roots @ same speed. 2 or 3x faster. Good genes errrrr some genes.

Yeah so I might reverse this one just for the speed gene. I'm puffing a sister of hers now and it's VERY good. Bringing me back from the stony place I was in from trimming.

I've got several clones of this one with roots. A few in soil already. 1 took off fast. I topped her. I tried to get her to spread out.

At the cut point only 1 stem grew out. WTF? It was like she was never topped and grew 1 shoot out the next day.

Great looking cola on that PMB brother Brown!!

That was some crazy wind we just had come through up here. It was scary enough for this guy from Florida (who has gone through some nasty hurricanes in his life) to go down in the basement, turn the music up so I didn't have to listen to the winds howl and the stuff bouncing off the house. Lots of trash to pick up but no damage thankfully and more importantly...no power outages.

Yeah did the basement trip too. Went outside to walk the dogs. Stood in the doorway and saw shit flying around with the wind howl. My dogs didnt wanna go. Turned around went inside and down to the basement and puff puff music. Problems solved.

Natures way of tree pruning on a larger scale.

That big main cola weighed in at 58g dried not trimmed.

Right in the main center at the top I found a spot of mold. I waited a hair too long to chop.

Wasn't much tho. Good thing I trimmed when I did.

That's the trade off on those big fatty colas. I didn't do my Horsetail fern tea foiler as much as I usually do early on. figured winter time not much to worry about. Had a few days when the temps went up to almost 70F outside and it got hot and humid right quick in the flower room. I wasn't paying attention. Not that I could have
done anything.

hey wouldn't it be nice if it would stay about 35 degrees and 50% r/h outside during lights on rite now its 46 outside and my fan has to come on every 10 min or so just to keep it at 79 and ive got the window open all the way sorry about the mold good thing you pulled it when you did im sure its going to be some fine smokey!:smokin2:

Was only a small spot. Was my fault really. I had a bucket full of leaves that I left sit there for a week with a cover on it. Using like a trash can for leaves. Water was in there and mold started growing on the dead leaves right in the flower room.

So that was my fault.

Here's that big main cola. Still got 2 zips after trim even tossing out the bad spot and the main stems.

Here's my new trim tray setup. White 1 is the 100 micron screen. I run the laf and the sugar thru that after I let it sit out for several days and get dry.

Here's the dry sift I made from the PMB trim. This is good stuff. Smells mighty fine. I got a lot more to make from the last round of trimming. That's 9g's there.
I've got a few packs already made and a bunch more trim/laf to go.

Dabbling in the goo.

Jellium Polyploid. Can see the three sets of apposing leaves here in this pic. The nugs are DENSE but smallish and covered in frost.

Jellium - some more pics

Got 2 more Platinum Buffalo heading down the stretch. 1 is only in a #3 pot so she's smallish. looks as good as all her sisters. Kinda glad she's smaller. It's a tight ship in there and has been for a few months now.

Trip down memory lane for the Jellium Polyploid:

I took clones and they have roots some are already in VEG.
Waiting for smoke report. Won't be for a week or so. This was a project.

very pretty bob love those nugs love that last pic dam fine that pmb sift mmmm!:goodjob::blunt:

I was channeling you when I was making the sift. As soon as I started scraping it started melting room temp! I'm like WHAAAAT Its sticky to everything.

Then it came to me.

What wood sticky do?

The Sift:
It's a happy high with goose bumps and smiles.

It can burn like incense too all the way down to nothing pretty quick too.

Side to Side

Hey bud - good to see you back. :passitleft:

You got a grow going??

I do buddy! Been keeping real busy with the little guy but the No-Till has remained in full go mode!!

Currently in flower I have;
Connoisseur Gen - SSSDH

Cali Con - Sugar Mill (GG#4 x Wedding Cake) This one has a twin split mutation for me, right above ground level it’s got 2 main stems...looks like a sling shot lol

Karma Gen - RoadDawg (Stardawg x Biker Kush)

And 1 unknown bag weed seed, which is an absolute fucking monster lol...plant looks like it was picked right out of the Congo jungle

Also have some nice ones starting up in veg that I’m looking forward too!

Glad to see things working well for you as always Bob!! My garden wouldn’t be so wonderful if not for your help :Namaste:

I sure hope you'll grace us with some pictures one day. Ya gotta love those genetics. :bongrip:

Photo bomb - posting while I got em.

Testing out some different lens and setting combos on my camera.

All hand held too.

Shakey McShakerson step away from the camera, son.

I've got 2 more Platinum Buffalo in late flower.
The Jellium Polyploid is ready for harvest. I don't know why I haven't chopped yet. I guess still hoping here buds get fatter but doesn't look like its going to happen.

The Polyploid did give me a nice gaggle of clones. So 1 might be a candidate for seeds I'm thinking.

There's JJ's Top Dawg 91 Star (thanks @brightlight for the seeds).

Now I'm mystified by the history of this one.

My research finds:
91 Star = Star Dawg (F) x 91 Chem BX2 (M) - Mycotek blog posting from Pinhead

Star 91 = Corey Star Dawg X 91 Chem BX2 - from Top Dawg seeds description on Solseeds website.

I guess Star Dawg = Corey Star Dawg? Corey Haim cut or something like that.

All these Dawgs its hard to keep up. lol

Not much fuel smell coming off this one yet but today she started showing the goodies. That took 20 days I think. She's topped out at the lights now. Pics forthcoming.

2nd to Last pic is Mandarin Zkittlez from Ethos. I wasn't very impressed with the seed popping on that strain - the only seed that popped. Glad he turned into a she. lol

Back row L to R is:

DT/Mystery Girl (seed) - Platinum Buffalo #4 - Platinum Buffalo #3 - Star 91

Front row L to R is:

Mandarin Zkittlez - Jelium mutant - PMB x Lab - Platinum Buffalo #5

In reserve and looking like a male - Gelato 45 x Platinum Kush Mints. No love with this strain. Out of 6 seeds - 4 were male - gave 1 away I think that was the female and a dud seed.

No particular order.

looks good bob do you have a tripod and is there a delay timer on your camera those are some deadly looking buds!

I have a tripod and I have a monopod (I use this some) but lately I'm standing in the flower space doing it by hand 90% of the time. I have the shutter speed automatic and this time messing with the camera settings.

If I take pics all auto the camera shows the mars deep red colors. If I set it to manual with auto focus and increase the F stop more I'm getting true color and the computer is compensating for the far red.. kinda weird. I have to set it to manual so that the on board computer over-rides the automatic setting. Counter intuitive if you ask me.

I'm trying to get a larger depth of field in a near-macro setting without the deep red colors that my lights give me. My LEDs are pretty close to what most folks get with HID color wise. There's a lot of red.

I've been messing with IR/UV cut filters but I found out that there are already UV/IR filters in most DSLRs built in unless you order the camera without the filter.

I sure hope you'll grace us with some pictures one day. Ya gotta love those genetics. :bongrip:
SugarMill is only around day 7 flower so not much to show with her yet.

SSSDH and RoadDawg are both around day 35 or so, both listed as 9-11 week strains(though I’m an avid MBP user), so still a ways to go with them, but they looking great!
