I'm gonna have to rely on my instinct here.

Nice harvest on the UD. I'm hoping I find that blueberry pheno. It's F2 right?

Yes, but it's not that common. You'd have to pop 50 seeds to find it probably.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

Well you should've a cut or seeds by this point :)

Ought to next week I think. I am super excited. How did you spot the blueberry? Did it purple in flowering? Is there blueberry in the lineage? UD is Aurora Ultra X NYCD, right? Is there blueberry somewhere back in there?

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

I only have 6. I guess I'll have to hope it shows up in the F3 generation when I open pollinate them.
It's good thinking, I hope it's gonna work out for you.

Lineage is a little bit more complicated, but she did purple as the only one and started giving off this insane blueberry smell.

My thoughts on the harvest... I checked both phenos of Leb and both are CBD dominant, kinda interesting. You can smoke these buds in the middle of the day to treat your pain (back pain in my case) and your buzz lasts maybe 20-30 minutes, but it lowers your pain level and lets you relax. I might process it all into edibles as I don't see a lot of sense in smoking it. Effectively my hash is CBD rich too. It'd be really cool to send these to the lab to find out what the numbers are.

Sensi Star finally cured into heavy and potent bud. I like the effect a lot. It's mostly couchlock, but with a nice dose of headiness. It knocks me out really well every time I smoke it. Good to chill out in the evening.

All UDs came out really well, but cause it's all sensi and High Brix this year I can finally enjoy the terpenes. You know the smell of wood varnish, don't you? That's how OG pheno smells when you crack the jar. Chem is more on sweet and pine end with very spicy and musky taste. And I told you already about Blueberry UD, an interesting discovery for sure.

I have all this trim stashed in my freezer as well, which I'll process into bubble hash very soon.

Enjoy your weekend :smokin:

Con I truly enjoyed watching you work your plants this season. You had some challenges that you over came. You showed better restraint than I could have when it came to losing most everything at your new spot. I look forward to seeing you bring things inside and being able to watch what becomes of it. Those UD's always sound like a treat and look like something that would do well in most any environment. Good season bud :high-five:

Thx, man :) The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced I ought to go indoor for a while. Not much fun in running around and scouting for spots anymore that will get busted sooner or later. I'm very happy with my harvest notwithstanding, but it seems I'm gonna have to put farther UD development on hold. Some of you will find a way to get these seeds though, I promise :smokin:

What a lovely thing that would be to find! I am sure you will kill it inside! And scouting for spots and putting all that time and energy into them just to lose them is heartbreaking and extremely frustrating. When you dedicate the majority of a year to something to not see the fruits of your labor is a real blow!

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

Yeah it's getting old and I also want more stabilisation with it. Hmm BTW if I wanted a LED both for late veg and flowering is there anything I could get below $500 or it's better to go with HPS? I mean Idon't know how my wiring will take the ballast? Can I get low wattage LED with higher output and without the ballast? It'd be 6,5' × 6,5' space, I'm converting from metric here.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

Would be hard to do with LED, HPS may be the ticket in the $500 range.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

I agree with pennywise. It'd take closer to $1,000 to cover that space with decent LED.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

I see, so with that oind of space I should go with HPS. Ok I guess that does it :)
