Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed Stock

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

Japanese beetles are becoming a big problem in Oregon now. They arrived with the flotsam from the tsunami after the huge earthquake that rocked Japan and caused the Fukashima nuclear power plant meltdown. Tons of crap from Japan drifted out to sea, and washed up on shore along Oregon beaches. So now we have this new bug problem to deal with here. On top of dozens of other invasives already here. For Japanese beetles, spray with pyrethrin or neem at the first sign of attack.

I look at that and hope ya'll know I meant wasn't a worm, hard to hunt and peck in the dark... Besides these eyes are getting old. But yea I heard tale about them beatles,, all kinds of evasive shit popping off in the States. I haven't a clue what them beatle look like. Worse invasion I seen been them Hemp Mites from down Cali ways... I moved here from Missouri abit back,, and use to trip on them carp taking over the rivers. And you do need a football helmet on to go up river. Them fuckers are everywhere, And an 8-10 pounder hitting ya upside the head ain't fun.. You sure don't want to be running at full throttle when you run into them. I hear they all the way up to the Great Lakes gates......... It's got to run it course. No ones going to stop them suckers,, Asian Carp. Keepem Green

I never had mites in my life or beetles for that matter and I hope it stays that way :)

Hmm NCW, I just checked my old pics of UD and the pheno with sharp leaflets is the OG one. I'm quite positive about it after comparing the pics. This variation has more narrow leaves and they're fair green colour and also slightly different structure that Boom or Chem that #2 would be. This plant should be squattier indeed and finish around 25th-28th of September. As far as potency goes it's stronger than Chem and slightly weaker than Boom, but has superior taste to other two :smokin2:

Sensi Star came down today, 100% cloudy trichs with some amber popping here and there. She finished with mostly peach bubblegum smell the also gives a whiff of pine and tangerine, pretty peculiar bouquet I have to admit. She weighs 17 grams in total, which mean dry weight will be around 4-5 grams. Well let's hope it was worth the pain :)

As you can see there's the star indeed, maybe the first plant I've grown that came out exactly as advertised :)

Have a good one, guys :high-five:

I believe Paradise Seeds claims all the cup wins for this. I'd try to grow it if I had it although my freebie experience has so far been lackluster.

Dutch would claim they created the wheel if it helped them to make more money :) My experience with freebies is mixed, everything I got this year for example was total shit, but from time to time there are surprises.

It actually makes sense cause they bought Shantibaba's release first to make their own knock-off. Funny how things work with time :)

You say DinaCHEM?

My favourite freebie was from Dinafem. Cheese. She is flowering now.

I have had a 50/50 good/bad experience with freebies. I have learned a lot though even with growing some sh1tty stuff.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

I have had some decent luck with freebies in the past. I ran a reserva privada kandy kush i got as a freebie and it was some of the best weed I have grown. I got a couple of Delicious Critical sensi star seeds as freebies and though I have not grown the freebies I had a pack of them that has been real nice, so if it is the same I will be happy. I have also gotten a couple of THSeeds Bubblegum seeds as freebies and I have grown one out for 6 generations and have seen others have good results with theirs. It all depends on what you get for freebies IMO.

Re: Conradino23's Another Outdoor Grow With High Brix Soil - Air-Pots & SoCal Seed St

I've grown many a great freebie... Hell just cus they are freebies don't make them second class by any means. Some new breeders just get their genetics out that way, or new strains from established ones. I do shop for prices and the freebies. As long as it's from a vendor you can trust. I just got my order in for my fast versions for next summer,, along with 9 or 10 free new ones, to try.
Hope alls good in the garden,, and Keepem Green
