Yeah I was really happy and they've been only flowering for 10 days, so there's still much I can do to push them towards higher brix. I think alcohol spraying was the worst for them, but it seems they're recuperating.
 
Don't be surprised if they do come back at some point. Once I had them they showed up every grow. I got good at spotting them quickly and was able to contain any outbreak. Its hard to completely get rid of microscopic beasts. But I was able to keep all harvests clean with practice. Lovely looking ladies by the way.

I think I can manage. They're the bane, but once I removed the most infested plant it was only about finishing them off. I've just checked my Red Diesel btw and she's totally clean. If there are any eggs left in the soil, I'll sterilise the soil with boiling water after they're done and that should do it.

That might be a good idea Con.. You can be bringing them bugs in by way of soil... That's the main reason I don't use compost from outside... I know they sterilize most of the top end soils and such,, them reintroduce the good bacterias..

Outdoors,, mother nature keepems in check,,,, But all that goes out the window inside..
 
Yeah I'm thinking about tweaking my way of growing. Otherwise I'll keep getting these fuckin' mites. I can't say how I got them exactly this time, but it's reasonable to say they came from outside by wind or by soil. I think I'm gonna start from partial sterilising the soil after this grow and as much as I like it I'm gonna have to stop vegging them outdoor. I can see how it'll work the other way round though.

I no what you mean you like to give them the sun goodness whenever you can me too but I don't do it anymore either if there in the tent that's where they stay im sure ths aphids I got this time came in on me so there ya go I no there are growers here that change there clothes after being outside working in the yard or something I have done that obviously not enough!:)
 
Yeah just chop it down by half and then grow a bush :)

If you take a close look at the pistils, you'll see they're red. Well they must've got burnt when I gave them hot shower. Pink Sherbet is under performing a little bit in Brix department, I hope I didn't stress her too much. They're slowly starting to smell and produce trichomes, so the fun part is coming :thumb:
 
ya they didn't like that shower to much but they'll be fine I see what you mean about the dosi being sativa like mine look like there going to grow something like yours except one that's heavy indica leaning its looking like its going to be a bush your plants ae doing good don't lose faith in the indoor grow youll get it down to where you are comfy with it and things will be great btw that red diesel is going to have some fattys on it!:)
