Conradino23 Keeps On Keeping On Outdoor & Indoor Using LOS/High Brix Methods

Yeah I know... but there are no mites. The tent is clean, I checked :)

Hmm I took the leaf and you were right. They are white, microscopic mites! Fuck this! I just might remove her from the grow. I'll see about this tomorrow.

Are these hemp mites?

No man, I fortfeited. I thought about it for 30 sec and then I killed her and poured shitloads of pyrethrin into the empty air-pot, which I left outside, so the fuckers die quick! I'm so stoned... but it means I'm gonna have to inspect all the plants tomorrow to be on the safe side... and then it's gonna be alcohol. So much for a low stress grow!

fffs sorry man!:(

Spider mites look like little spiders. They are not so bad to get rid of.... You mention having high RH and I wonder if that may be contributing....

Hemp aka russet mites look like tiny grey worms with a 30x magnifier. They are a bitch. Neem is the only thing I can find that wipes them out completely. I tried alcohol and the whole lot of sprays over the summer and they seemed to help but NEEM, man that does the trick!

Cheers Friend,

good luck!

:passitleft::cough:

If I see any mites tomorrow I'm gonna spray with alcohol and then with pyrethrin. But let's hope these Brix warriors kept them away with their glow.

I've done the inspection from top to the bottom. It was tough, cause they were so tiny, but Dosi-D is clean and found only a few of them suckers on the other two, so simple alcohol spray should kill them before they start laying eggs. How I see it, they most likely jumped on Honeysuckle from the soil or were airborne and FORTUNATELY didn't manage to spread very far, cause there's no damage on the other two... so far. It definitely might've been worse!

You know it's another reality check for me, cause when I was preparing for the first run I was like yeah now I can have everything under control 24 hrs a day grow whatever I want when I want... and then I saw spider mites for the first time. Outdoor growing was a breeze in comparison to that. I seriously don't know if it's my setup or lack of prevention or just bad luck, but instead of getting easier it got way more difficult!

But invisible, host specific pests? Seriously? :hmmmm:
