Yeah I know I've seen Cali soil and you're unfortunate about this one thing... it kind of makes growing in soilless mixes a necessity in your state. But still you can build it! It's gonna take you a few years to break the bedrock and clay, but it's totally doable!

The same guys who recorded notorious stoner hit "Don't Bogart Me" :p :rollit:

Weird mine don't smell. It must be American thing :D

Yep, not so sure how long it's gonna stay viable though.

well ok then ill go ahead and vacuum seal it up and when i think i want some ill get it out and try it thats all we can do ha thanks man! hope your having a good one!
I have no experience with it, but I've seen in several places while I was researching breeding, that 6-9 months tops is what you can expect. Don't plan on it lasting long term.

conrad i have a question for you is it possible to freeze the male pollen for a later date
Make sure it is fully dried before you freeze or it will clump. You can then also ruin it when it comes back up to temp due to moisture being released. I have heard of people storing with rice to help pull the moisture out and I have heard of people cutting it with flour. I know the flour will help it go further but I forget what the other purpose is.

thanks guys i just wanted to keep some for the ud thats going outside maybe it will still be good in a couple mos. i have it drying rite now thanks for the rice idea and i was also thinking on one of those silica packs they put in your pill bottle have one of those in there moisture would definitely be the killer!:)

The flour also helps to dry the POLLEN I think. Keep it in a tight container where no air will get in. Vacuum bag is a good idea. Silica packs are probably the best you can do. I never thought you could buy them???

When the container comes out of the fridge let it come up to temp before you open it. If you don't then water in the air will condense on the cold pollen and ruin it. I think water at all ruins pollen if I remember correctly. Don't pollenate on a rainy day!
