Colombian Gold Grow: Come Learn With Me How To Produce Your Own Seeds!

Today's photo of the pollinated bud on the NL X DDA plant. It was pollinated on 11/9 Friday so 6 days today. I'm not seeing seeds starting just yet but expect it to be soon.

If a branch doesn't make the canopy it's gotta go, Beez's plant has that one big apical meristem in the middle and the other colas a little lower but most are even so I'd call that my canopy.

I agree! Who doesn’t like a perfectly even canopy but that’s unrealistic:D

Branches that receive light get to stay on the plant, regardless of height. I can always tell the ones to chop because they are lighter in colour and usually shrivelled a bit #choppitychop

Hey beez quick question about the cuttings.

They have been going strong now without the domes. The pots have begun to dry and I’m ready to water. Should I give them a 1/4strengrh veg nute feed or continue with pHed water until next time they dry out?

Thanks for the help!

@Dutchman1990 What did you use for a rooting hormone? I can't remember if you used Clonex Solution or not. If you did use Clonex then I would mix up some of that and lightly water/feed right along the main stem. Try and keep the soil moist but definitely not real wet. If you didn't use anything like Clonex then sure, use some 1/4 strength nutrients PHd properly for your medium.

If your plants have been out from under the domes for this long and are still alive they at least have the minimum amount of roots needed to survive. My guess would be more then that. So 1/4 strength nutes would give them needed energy.

Yes sir! They are are still going strong out of the domes so tomorrow morning I’ll mix up some 1/4 strength veg nutes and 1/2strength voodoo juice and water!

I used Promix Rooting Powder.

Looking forward to seeing how the Quarter Pounder CS treatment goes. Hope you pull it off. Nice of Shed to get you a 5 pack of QP beans if it doesn't . Been on my list to make auto beans. Thinking about running one bean a few weeks in advance with Sts or Cs treatment then popping another one to pollinate with. But if you can do it all with one bean then Props man. Good stuff brother:goodluck:
You are just a little side show. Lol
That's postcoital flush as long as we're staying on topic.
LOL

I'm excited beez. :slide: Columbian Gold seeds in the making. :yahoo:

Perfectly even canopies are nice but very difficult to achieve.

Huh! I've never found this to be difficult. Maybe that's just me. It's not something I always strive for, but I do love the challenge of keeping a slew of youngins at the same canopy height or keeping the flowering tent level. It's why I have so many different types of risers. :battingeyelashes:

 What on earth is an LED snob?

Its like a weed snob that doesn't grow his own weed. Kind of annoying at times but loving too as long as there's weed. :passitleft:

Also similar to Coco Brix Queen or an Organic (was going to say "nazi" but may not be PC anymore - everybody sensitive this generation).

GL with the photo contest... get em in this month prolly a great idea. Thinking out loud again. :reading420magazine:

Post over on the "Eye Candy" thread. That's a good place to post pics.

Get Good exposure!

On that note:

And we all like penetration

Isn't that the goal?

Haha just found these gems at Walmart tonight:)

They have a Walmart where you live?? lol

Was thinking about you tonight (nothing to do with last post :D)

Freaking snow'd to beat the band today. WAY early here, only half the people driving home from work had snow tires on. So the folks without as soon as they stopped couldn't get going again. The other 1/2 WITH snow tires were so freaked out they couldn't drive. Was easier driving off road in snow. Of course had to get my 4x4 mojo on and get around all the mess via the shoulder ahem field.

Weather man called for a "winter weather advisory" with possible snow. We were getting 3-4" an hour of that nice slippery powder right before rush hour.

Oh and it's cold too, like -12c last night.

That's your main cola, a lot of those buds will all come together to form one large colas.

Thats what I was thinking. BIG fatty cola. It's for sure gonna be a thing here in a week or so.

Looking forward to seeing how the Quarter Pounder CS treatment goes.

I will be pulling the Quarter Pounder tomorrow and start applying the colloidal silver. It has three or four very small branches which could possibly produce pollen sacks as it moves into flowering. We'll see how it does.

Hahahaha is there a Walmart here? Yes! It’s not as fantastic as the American Wally but they have pink and purple clone cups! The people dress a little nicer too

It’s hilarious to watch news clips of places that don’t usually get snow. Cars sloooowly drifting into curbs and other cars because of ice and summer tires. People getting frenzied and rolling out of their car doors!

It’s been winter here since Sept brrrr

In case your not used to snow driving
