That's bad juju bro. Kill it.POLLEN AND CLONE UPDATE
Hi folks, happy Groundhog Day! Only 6 more weeks of blissful wishing for warm weather! . Today I found roots on one of the subjects having a swim. It's been 12 days. This bunch is having a harder time making roots than some. This one was the best one, some had none, others had a few. Different plants seem to have different ways of taking to cloning or not. I suspect my cloning solution may have been old at ~2 years.
And the male Cherries DubeeLee is cooking with gas! Not enough light for the whole plant but the lit parts are making nice pods. He's over 3 feet!
All the skewering I did yesterday to lay them down was torn up by her great strength and will to grow straight up! I'll try again when there's more plant to work with. Maybe tomorrow. This may be a scrog. It may not if I can't bend em over.
No sa dude, I'm making a line of what may be our favorite things! Gotta have a man around for that. That's bad juju bro. Kill it.
It's ground hog day. He died two years ago. Phil
We're good here. Just in the teens. Nothing horrible. Speaking of SIP, I have to update.Highya SO,
Yeah, no problem! It's going to be below zero pretty soon. Couple days of it. Plenty of wood, hoping the cellar won't freeze! How are you doing down there? Your SIP looks sensational! Will be fun to see how she buds up! I'm researching different SIP builds to see how I want to proceed (veggies only). Cannabis grows really well in my garden! Happy Smokin'
In Queensland, Australia on the other hand is enduring an absolute heatwave. It’s 615am and it’s already 29 degrees!Highya SO,

A PLANT GROWING THROUGH A NET
HI folks, Happy Friday! UNCLE! She's fighting me at every opportunity to grow straight up! An inch below where I'm trying to bend colas her stems are almost a half inch thick! A few hours pass and my efforts are thwarted and she's heading for the light again. I'm hurting things by man handing her over and over!
I took out all the skewers.
She'll organize for a while and go to flower asap! Have a sweet day!
That's a smoker Tra!
Uh-oh- When the skewers come out, things are getting serious...I took out all the skewers.
I'm happy to spread the scrog word Weff! I wish I could have kept mine! It's a great way to get more form a small space!Learnt some things about scrog nice one Stone Perfect timing... I wasn't sure I was doing it right lying the top nodes down but makes complete sense and those tertiary nodes are now top colas... right on
She's looking real green and pretty!
She was just about unzipping the tent herself Carcass! I can't believe the girth on her stems!Uh-oh- When the skewers come out, things are getting serious...
She's a beautiful lady, Stone!
Hehe, you're right! I gave up fighting a while ago. It's much better to be "along with" when better for everyone. I think this is one of those times.Perfect time to listen to the plant.
Monosilicic acid makes them more pliable.1/2 inch damn ! This is probably a stupid question but here goes , Is there a product that can be added to the water to make the plant more pliable ? You know one that don't taste funny LOL
I just ordered a couple Earthboxes. I was too lazy to make my own SIP, but if these work out well this summer I might make a couple. There ya go bro. Under the black is water that gets in through a pipe through the hole in bottom right. The two 3 inch squares are the soil wicks. It's just a place that's always in some water feeding it to the plant. There's a 1 inch air space between the soil and the water determined by a 3/8 inch hole in one side to let water out at one inch below the soil.
Just fill it with soil, cover it, and feed through the pipe til it comes out the 3/8 hole. This one is called Earth Box if you want to look it up.
Same here. I would like to try it out on a cannabis plant, but my wife really thinks tomatoes should go into them. I think she's probably correct. My cannabis plants grow pretty well outdoors, but I've been having issues with my tomatoes the past couple years.I'm researching different SIP builds to see how I want to proceed (veggies only). Cannabis grows really well in my garden!
That's a good one to know! Thanks for that nugget!Monosilicic acid makes them more pliable.
Did you get the tall ones like mine or the long low ones like at Build a soil? I've seen some outstanding veggies come out of homemade SIP's!Absolutely gorgeous plant you have there, Stone!
