ChemDawg D BX 3

I don't think I'm giving clone this another run. Too Afghani looking.....

On the other hand, my Chemdawg D BX 3 clone/reveg is starting to take off at quite a few sites:

Yep! :)

SCROG project from all this, soon to chop:

Reveg of original plant from first grouping, surviving:

In the breeding project, I'm probably going to choose this mother:

, but I'm giving this one thought too:

These two are out of the running (too leafy):

There's a chance I may get the final generation of this in the soil before the year's over. I'll have just over two years in on this project at that point. Watch this $hit chimp me and turn out crap! :)

What do you mean when you say "Too Afghani looking" Chimp?

What do you mean when you say "Too Afghani looking" Chimp?

The buds look good but the plant structure isn't like the pics of Chem D or '91 Chem that I've seen, B A R. Except for the stretch it doesn't have the look of Chem D. I didn't get it right but I'm this far into it so I'm gonna try to salvage something out of it for breeding purposes. And I'm going by pics and descriptions to try to nail it down too, which makes it harder.

I need to get those clones going tomorrow or the next day; that mother plant is starting to cluster. I'm probably going to give this plant I cloned off a branch from the 3rd generation of my breeding project another chance. It has a lot of nugs and they just keep getting bigger (there's a few more branches that fell to the left at the bottom of the first pic):

The moms in the breeding project did the same as the last time; grew over the lights. I'll take pics when I chop to get them in a better light. They never look good; I rush them through veg and bloom and I don't take care of them well either. Just a seed crop I figure. Post more pics soon.

Got off my lazy a$$ like I said on my other thread and got those clones done. The top clone is from a White S1 plant I'm growing from OG Raskal; the bottom 5 clones are from that CDDBX3 reveg. I'll take a few more clones before I kill that ugly reveg. I took a Batman shot of it in the second pic:

I've been feeding FF to that reveg, and I used Clonex on the clones. The aerocloner has a pond fogger in it running 24/0. Post more pics soon.

Those clones look good Chimp...

Update: Most of the clones I took wilted bad and I took 4 more to replace them. I just got antsy and took them too soon. The cut only extended about 3/8" under the sponges in the cloner and they got dry. The one that went down further didn't have a problem, but the top of the White S1 wilted bad. It pulled out; here's a pic (back middle):

The fog from the fogger will keep short clones wet, but I have to be patient and wait for them to get 6" long to get consistent results. The clone mother will have more branches if these don't take:

I was gonna take a pic and forgot, but here's the poop on it :) I topped the remaining plants from the breeding project and put the tops on a tray to dry, which they have. Upon examination I saw that the seeds are fully matured and healthy; ready for harvest. These grows are never for smoke nor are they planned that way, so they're all getting the chop for two good reasons. One, I'm seeing mold developing on the walls (black) and I want to get in there with bleach water and a fungicide. I'm converting that unit to a 200 watt full spectrum CFL veg unit running at 24/0 next week. I want this flowering setup in an area where I can control the conditions better. Two, as usual with my constant grows, plants are needing a place to go :)

I decided to organize my grows a bit better last night, as I realized I wasn't arranging for best light efficiency. Here are both the CDDBX3 mother plant, a first clone, the second clones I took, and a top from a White S1 I cloned too :) Since they don't need as much light, I figure my 125 watt blue spectrum CFL will do:

I am going to remove the 4 mother plants from generation 4 out of the closet tonight; I'll get pics of the nugs from each plant before I cut them down. I'll get a pic of the SCROG I'm doing too, which will be chopping soon.

This SCROG just keeps going. Tomorrow will be 11 weeks of 12/12. I'm going to have top chop it a bit early I'm down to 2/3 of a quart jar of kind:

See the light angle here? This bud was upside down from needing to be tied; I turned the camera upside down too :)

I'll go in soon to get the 4th generation mother plants out, then disinfect and clean the grow room. Post more pics soon.....

Thanxx for the reminder Chimp. I need to dis-infect my grow area also...

Man I've been busy I redid almost everything but it's close to being done. Just hang the light fixture in my 6th grow unit and I'll be done. For now, I've got to get a few of these Chemdawg D BX3 clones into dirt:

0041758.JPG

I got 6 cuttings here (and a White S1 cutting):

0051659.JPG

I'll spread these branches out on the reveg I took the clones from:

0061461.JPG

, and put it into flower (tonight, maybe). As soon as the rest of the cuttings get roots, I'll put away the aerocloner and this unit will be open. In a few days the 5th and likely the last generation of this project will be in this unit and underway. I chopped all 4 of the mother plants a few days ago and set the one I chose aside separately. I think I'll start germing the seeds today. I'm going to do a 13.5/10.5 veg (height takes off on these too much), and then switch to 11/13 for sexing.
The clones I put into soil will be going into a 2' x 3' unit (200 watt blue spectrum CFL; 18/6) for now. Post more pics soon.

I decided not to flower out the reveg. I just took more clones before I cut it up and tossed it. I've got quite a few, so it's no biggie if they don't take. To think just weeks ago I thought I was gonna lose it. I'm glad I didn't, but most of the junk I've been getting off of these breedings is just as good; Hell, here's the SCROG I chopped this morning:

0011970.JPG

Weird optical illusion. The plate isn't round; as a matter of fact the stems are laying parallel to the longer side of the oval plate. I'll bet there's over 2 ounces here :) I'll weigh it all at the end if I don't run out of grass first if I do I'll weigh it anyways but after putting a few buds next to the slim gym in the microwave I won't be weighing it all..... ;)

Note: I didn't even count the seeds I tossed in to germinate for this fifth generation, but about 5 of them are opening up. I should have smoked a doob from each of the mother plants and used seeds from the one that got me the most high, but they all look and smell close to the same. I think I'll wait until tomorrow to put the opened seeds into the soilless mix. I'll do 12 plants; I'm hoping that I worked the hermie trait out but I'm going to light stress this group of plants anyway to be sure.
