Chef De Green Does It All: Reveg, Clones, Autos & Photos

I wanna show some things going on in the garden.

First, my NL is just a joy so far. She’s so happy to see the light every single time I check in on here. She’s probably gonna need an up pot today or tomorrow. She’s starting to dry out in just a couple days.

Next, my CnC-PG clone 1 is looking to be growing above ground. She must have grown some decent roots cause her cup is starting to feel lighter. Here’s a before and after so you guys can see that she’s progressing...

Lastly, as far as the growing plants go, here’s the roots of the CnC-GF clone 1 48 hours after the trim. I transplanted her into a solo cup directly following the photo.

Now, it’s been nearly a month since I cut down my last crop, and I decided to finely manicure some of the nicer buds.

here’s a nug off each one of my CnC plants. Wide mouth ball jar lid for comparison. The buds turned out pretty fluffy, that was my own doing though. I know these plants can produce very dense buds.

A few gorgeous SP buds. She’s going way sour in the cure. The lemon terpenes are really coming out of her.

Mouth is watering!!!!!!!
I love the sour citrus with a sweet grapey twang.
There's soo much cedar, earthy, skunky and piney bud, I have found myself always gravitating to the sweet/sour/fruity end of phenos. Grape and cherry are presently my top fav!!!

Well done. I'm glad all is well for that cutting.

I blame my fluffy stuff on my lights. One of these days I'll get serious about QB research.

Good job. :bongrip:

@GreenGenez the Star Pupil is going sour, but it has this underlying tone of sweet flowers. It’s kind of hard to place because it’s very subtle. I myself am a complete gas junky, I love anything fuel or anything with that kushy/hashy twang. This run of the Cookies n Chem was interesting; initially it’s got this aggressive, skunky ass smell to it, but it’s got some watermelon in the background.

@MagicJim thanks! That cutting has shown me that the purple fade that mother does isn’t due to temps, it’s genetic. So far this little cloning box I got is working out.... Nah, my cobs aren’t to blame for the fluff. Two of my plants i defoliated too hard during week 6:hmmmm:, they stopped bulking after I did that.

Thanks for checkin’ in gents!

Here comes another update folks;

Update November 30
Gonna be a short one today. I’m working like a slave cause of the holidays. First of all, the NL is a freakin show. She just won’t stop growing for anything. Look how much she’s taken off since her Monday transplant.

Next, the God’s Gift was really stalled if you guys remember how she looked.. sort of pale and sad. I wanted to see the state of her root zone, so I gently pulled her out of her cup. She had well rooted the entire cup, but the cup just wouldn’t dry out. I gave her root ball a bit of a gentle squeeze and put her where the fan blows strongest. She’s drying out really good now and her color has dramatically improved. Here’s a family shot, she’s the solo cup on the floor, that’s farthest to the right. It’s kinda hard to see but her color has really improved in her new leaves; I’m happy. I’ll take a closer pic tomorrow.
i up potted my QPAXTDA she’s in the 3 gallon grey fabric. She’s started to put out some pistils as well. I feel like I haven’t done a terrific job with this auto, she seems small for already starting to flower. I’ll have to give those genetics another go in the future. Also, I’m sure you’ll all notice how many plants I’ve got in solo cups now! I’ve been transferring the clones into soil as they seem fit. All that’s left now are 2 PG clones and 1 GF clone in the cloner. I also took a SP clone that looks like it’s gonna sprout roots any day here. Here are their roots.

That’s it for now. As we move forward, just let me know if there’s anything y’all would like more pictures of.

Your cloner is doing a really nice job for you. I can't wait to see all those babies all grown up and flowering away in your 10x10 tent!

I put my cuttings into ProMix with the medium soaked with Clonex Solution. It is consistently successful but I don't see roots THAT fast!! Ten days to roots is quick in the ProMix. Typically I'll be looking at about 2-3 weeks when the first roots reach the edge of the clear cup. Obviously they had sprouted the roots earlier and it took them time to grow out to the outside of the clear solo cup. It's all about what works best for you. Many different ways to go about cloning and many seem to work.

Oh yeah Beez, there’s plenty of ways to do. I just wanted to be able to monitor much more closely the root development. So far I really like what I’ve seen from this cloney box. I’m gonna be playing the same flower room game that you play Beez, so I wanna be locked and loaded to fill ‘er up. And all the girls that don’t make the cut will be shipped off to a buddy’s

I smoked bowl of the Star Pupil. It doesn’t have the aggressive mind high of the chem, but it’s really nice and relaxing. The body high is really great.

talkin about fast roots, my first star pupil clone sprouted it’s first root in 72 hrs!

That sure is quick!

Update December 3, 2019
So, it looks like I’m gonna be holding on for dear life while I wait to move. The tent is getting pretty crowded, and it’s only going to get worse as things grow bigger. I’ve only gotta deal with it for 3 more weeks. I’ll be moving into my new house near the end of December, at that point I’ll be able to set up my veg tent and spread things out. Here’s the family.

Firstly, the clones that are down front. The top row is PG, the bottom row is GF. They look kind of roughed up, but they’re actually growing out of it. They’re draining their cups without problems, so we’re on the right track.

next the two DDa sisters; they’re still pretty small, but I really wanted to get them into their final pots so they can reach their full potential. I watered them in with about a cup of nutrient water each. Hopefully they really start to take off now.

And now, the QPAXTDA. She looks like she’s gonna stay pretty small, but that’s fine, I’m not auto expert. She probably would’ve been a lot bigger by now had I transplanted sooner and fed heavier. I gave her a regular strength feeding and she’s gained some height, maybe 2 or 3 inches. Either way, I’ll be happy to smoke her flowers and probably pop another seed later on.. see if I can do it a bit better.

Lastly, the God’s Gift. Like I said before, she’s come out of her funk. She’s putting out nodes, her color has improved, and she’s starting to get a good dry/wet cycle going. I’m glad about that, let’s just hope she’s female.

that’s all for now, I’ve got 4 SP clones in the cloner, one of which has sprouted roots. I don’t have a clue where I’m going to put them when they’re ready to transplant.. that’s a problem for future me.

Alright folks, update time;

Update December 9, 2019
Hey everybody, things have blown up this last week. My NL is about 16 inches tall today, I’m going to up pot her to 3 gallons tomorrow and top her the next day or so. I took the bottom 4 branches for clones as well. Oh yeah... she’s also showing pistils already. That’s the fastest I’ve ever seen pistils on a photoperiodic plant.

Next we’ll check out the God’s Gift. She’s looking great these days and should be ready to go up to a 1 gallon fabric sometime this week. She lagged behind a while, but if she turns out female I’m hoping she’s gonna be delicious.

Now my two DDa girls. One of which is really variegated. She’s getting larger though, so she’s clearly still growing. I’m sure she’ll put out some regular leaves soon. Girl 2 has a couple little variegated leaves, but she’s starting to put out regular leaves already. Im so excited for these girls to be at 50+ days!

next up is the QPAXTDA. She’s looking really happy in her 3 gallon fabric. I’ve been giving her full strength nutes and she loves it. She’s put out quite a few pistils already, but I’m hoping she stretches a bit more yet.

Lastly, all the clones. They’re shooting up! The tallest one is over 8 inches now. I’m going to have to up pot the two oldest ones very soon, definitely this week as well. PG on the left and GF on the right. I potted one more SP clone and filled the box up with the 4 NL cuttings

well, that’s it for now from my garden. I’ll leave you all with a family shot.

Your family is looking very nice. Did you say your DDA are at 50+ days? I'm loving the NL vigor.

No they’re lot at 50+ days clearly lol, I can’t wait for them to get there. I’m looking over the DDa thread and I’m getting excited to see them almost finished!
