ok im really high this is gonna be hard to explain so bare with me if i trail off or something ill try my best LOL!
Ok so it sounds like your going to keep one of these clones as a mother, so i assume you will keep it under that flouro when it roots out. i would keep it under constant light for a few weeks and then go to 18/6 if thats your preference.
and i think you should keep them under the flouro at all times cause HPS is a stretchy spectrum and i think they benefit more from a whiter/bluer spectrum when trying to root.
and what i mean is, they will start to get alittle soft and maybe even yellow a little, thats normal dont freak, and it will seem like the tops are leaning over, when you see those tops moving like when you check on it one time and the top is in one position and then later on it looks like it has moved to the other side of the pot but isnt leaning, you know it might be rooting, but dont check for roots till you see them make progress as in growing. itll be about 2 weeks before you can really disturb them by checking for roots, any time before that you will just be decreasing your chances of a successful root.
hold on bro im gonna take some pics on how i think you should do this cause its always worked for me. im not trying to say its the best but ill explain the details and why i do it and all that good stuff, ill be back!
