CD’s First Grow

I’m still on the fence about flipping to flower the more I think about it. I almost want to keep growing them for the experience. At least until I have the other seeds in hand. I’ve been experimenting, I also have a couple other plants that I’ve been messing around with besides the hex line and quad line. I also have the seedling that I just started LST’ing (want to try and wrap it around the pot) and another I just topped and took off the lowers. First 3 pictures.

I also have 2 other little plants (red headed step children) that were almost dead. They are brought back to life. One I just tried to FIM’d and defoliate 2 sides and the other I topped and trained down the 2 mains. Last 2 pics

I kinda want to see how they grow as an experiment.

The best experience a person can get from this hobby of ours, is in flower. Once you visually see how the plant transitions into flower and stretches. You will have a better understanding of the entire plant it’s self! :thumb:

Gotta love experiments! :high-five:

I grew two Jamaican mountain kush seeds that turned out to be males. Had a lot of fun training the shit out of them!

Hex line update, I’ve been training the top 2 branches straight out the middle 2 I’ve been training out also but letting them still rise up slightly, the bottom 2 branches I’ve been letting grow normal just persuading them into the open so now I have the 6 mains all at the same canopy height, hope you can see from the picture.

Okay so I think I’m gonna flip these plants earlier than I thought. I do have my first of the 2 packages of fem’d seeds. I would like to flip to see if the potential males are infact males or not and remove them from the grow.

I caught up just in time. Best of luck!

Plants have OFFICIALLY started 12/12 lighting schedule now. Gave them a nice drink of transition nutrients. 6ml cal/mag, 7.5ml micro/grow and bloom in 6L of RO water they will receive this for 2 feeds, then the following week I will knock down the GH grow by half.
Right on congrats. Your about to go into pilot mode!

remember that they’re not fully into flower for up to 3-7 days of 12/12 light schedule. So I would hold off on flower Nutes until you start to see pistils :thumb:
