According to Martin Lee at Project CBD the overall goal with dosing is to get a CBD-rich medication with as much THC as the patient can tolerate.

Look at her taking off!! I'm growing so fond of this strain. When you get to making the pain cream, you might want to add more THC to the formulation. It's the THC in the topicals that hits the immediate pain. The CBD works more over time. It's the combination of the major components that potentiates the THC and extends the window of relief.

Have you tried Malawi? The wife doses with THC as a systemic - about 3 grams of bud a day (a few grams short of her tolerance level.) With harvests rolling in, her intake may increase
I've been giving her almost daily foot rubs for years. My main goal behind adding a cream is improvement over time. Reduced swelling would also be nice.
If I could find a nice astral planing, mushroom trippy type ingredient, that would be a nice addition to the mix.
Have you tried Malawi?

Not yet brother, but it's on the top of the list for sativas.Nope - I have an Ace seeds freebie that just set flowers - it appears to be 100% sativa and might have Malawi in it
Have you tried Malawi?
I also use CBDs for rheumatoid arthritis pain. I'm currently on the lookout for a CBD strain that would work during the day as I find the indicas make me sleepy during the day. I've been buying the CBD Medi-Haze from my LP but am hoping that Crop King's Dutch Treat, which is one of the strains we'll be planting in our summer grow does the trick.
Was hoping youd chime in. You kkow your sativas and your Ace products, 2 things I am very interested inMalawi does have quite a nice psychedelic glow to it, especially if you don't overdo it, in which case the feeling becomes one of being too 'busy' to be as enjoyable. Was my favourite smoke for a long time till GT took that position.
I'll chop my CBD Therapy sometime in the next week when I have time. Lots of amber on her and she's a yellow ghost of a thing. I've been going through a lot of her bud in the last week, quick dried, combined with sativas, like Mama Thai, Golden Tiger and Malawi.
Loading up a vaporizer now with 1/2 Malawi and half CBD Therapy. Back to the trimming job now but I'll try to post more on this combination sometime.
