Carestaker's Chemdawg Crosses In Soil & Coco - 2016

It's starting to get interesting in there. The HPS bulb blew, and I was out of them, so I put the Timber light in there, and it's doing really well. It woke up the Buddha, but I suspect that it was more the light schedule. I'll get some pics up, but plants are about 20" for the BGift, and between 22-24 for the rest - and they are starting to get to the stretch. There is a slight claw on SSD, and slight P and Ca defifs on ECSDH. I'll try to fix that with the next feed. For SSD, I'll just dial her back, and unless she shows me something further, I'll just assume it was PPM, rather than a N sensitivity. For ECSDH, I'm thinking she'll need more Ca/Ma, as she has haze in her, and she's under LED, so she want quite a bit. I'll also bump her feed next time, and will add some extra P. Looks like SSD is about a day away from flowering. 12/12 was April 11th. Have new bulb already, so that will be back tomorrow.

I will certainly be growing this soon. I have a clone of the nugs that I'm smoking right now. It's the 707 Truthband that I posted earlier, and it is knocking my socks off. Nugs are of the highest density, and the smell and flavor is really there. It may have been pulled on the early side of ripe, but wow, there's something really nice in the effect. A euphoric contentment. She is a lanky plant, but the nugs I got were heavy gnarly grease bombs. I'll update as I get some more time with her, but I'm very impressed so far.

How's the Timber treating ya? its a 240w unit running alongside the xml350 (330w) right?
I love the spread of the stella lenses. Coverage is quite good considering there are only two cobs.

Dang Carestaker, that 707 truthband just sounds phenominal. If you feel the same way a month from now it's a real winner.

So far, she's still awesome, but it's been a long time since I've had an Indica that I liked, so that might induce some bias. Some more time will tell for sure, plus she's still a young pull so it may change and mature into something different. I suppose I'll have to smoke some everyday for a while so I can report back :)

Thanks for info on the 707 TB. Your bud had me looking at it more than once. Genetics right up my alley & have a freebie. 1st test today CS on the SSSDH. Life is good brother...missed that sh*t...smooth, high flying feel good. Enjoying every bit of your grow!
:Namaste:

Dude, I'm stoked for you, and the SSSDH. I know and miss that feeling - it aligns with the way my brain feels about that specific line of genetics. The 707Truth is still lighting me up nicely. I had 3 phenos from that round, and there was one that purpled and one that was pale green at pull - and the green one was the stinkier and more special of the two. I hope I like her this much next week. ;)

Yes, side by side. My HPS ballast is real picky on what it lights up. It went back out, so I'll try ordering something it will like. I'll get something new in there, as you'll see - I'm going to need it ;)

Happy skunkdaze my broham. Love the info. Man i can't watch your video, I imagine its awesome tho.

Thanks bro :high-five: The last vid was worth watching, not so sure about the others. This update is all pics my friend. :)

Care my friend, youve made me happy hearing your take on the Truthband, as I'm now flowering out a nice 707 and can say she's a lovely strain to grow and train so far! Looks like she should yield well also :) so here's hoping her quality is up there like yours :)
Best of buds to ya, but sounds like that's already sorted :)

Thanks Light! I think she might have something real nice, it's just too early to tell for sure, but she's hitting some real nice notes with me. I saw two phenos on the three that I had - and the green pheno was the better of the two for both yield and high. Buds were so dense they made a clacking noise when I dropped them onto a hard surface - so heavy. :) I hope she treats you right my friend. :Namaste:

OK, so it's a been a bit since I updated. I had some issues with my HPS twice, and one of those times I left the timer in the ON position, reverting my girls back to veg for two days, soooo f-me, we are back to day one flowering for all of them. Of course now, the plants are umm, good sized haha. Back to flip em again - so here we go.

Below is ECSDH, Day one flower. She pretty much fills up the frame below. I am sampling her now as type, and it's got great promise.

Chem D cookies below, she's got a bunch of tops, but they are a bit thin. Let's hope I have to stake her up.

Buddha Tahoe you can see her 4 main colas to the right. I'll take these out of the tent next time for better color. She was just fed in this pic.

Below is Bubba's Gift, she's a bit more perky now, and has great color despite the yellow look she has here.
IMAG64701.jpg

SSD below, she's the tallest so far by just an inch or so, very vigorous. She has 4 mains, and some prominent upper laterals

This was my early sign of Ca deficiency on ECSDH, she's since been fed with a higher PPM and if you look close, you can see that I just touched her upper limits a few feed earlier. Haze crosses seem to love some extra Ca. ;)

Some groups shots of the tent. I do need to get the 600w back in there, it's going to be a jungle.

And here is an ECSDH nug that I'm sampling. She's got almost no leaf to her, it's almost all calyx.

She's got great sour flavor fused really well with some spice and nut notes from the haze. Excellent UP high too, with a somewhat clear headspace so far. I'm going to enjoy learning about this one. Peace and pot my friends.

I've noticed your plants always have a certain look about them. Grow after grow, no matter the strain. Rigid fan leaves, with the fingers spread out. Vibrant, almost electric green colouring. The CS signature. I've noticed other growers with the same consistent elements in their grows. It's almost like you impart something of yourself on to the plants you grow.

Beautiful...

Wow Care that is just beautiul....:circle-of-love:

:circle-of-love: I missed this. A lot. I need some cannabeauty in my life at all times. I know you understand. :circle-of-love:

Thanks Blazebrother. Could just be my specific environment, or setup, I dunno haha. I've changed the lights, the medium, the genetics and a good part of the feed/watering style, and they still look similar right? I've often read that the plants take on some of the traits of the grower, so I've always tried to put my mind in the best space when I'm around them. As to the spiritual side of it - I do try to connect with them as much as possible. I think we care for each other, knowingly in some way, this plant and us. I help them grow, with that in mind. If nothing else, it helps me relax and get centered. :)

B-E-A-utifull. Heck yes brother,smashingly done.
Happy daze.

Thanks Keifers :thanks: Happy surprises, and some hazy daze ahead I'm thinking. ;) I'm looking forward to seeing what they all got. I love the pretty girls, but they gotta give it nice too...you know what I'm saying. :thumb:

I took some clones. Oh, I have Dots. Not the candy. Quantum Dots. This is what would happen if you asked Big Bang Theory's Sheldon, to make a light to grow weed with. ;)

The whole strip lights up. The clones are loving it - probably the ealthiest set of clones I've ever had. I'll post them up soon. Thanks Budmaster!!!
