Carcass' $150 Low Budget Grow 2019

Hi mate! Been a while. Well you sure had a run of bad luck with seeds/males. Wonder if anyone else has encountered what that AP is doing. Very odd. Fingers crossed it's an epic mutant. Congrats on the new family member. Our latest addition has started sleeping 21:00 - 05:00 ish, so I'm slowly returning from zombieland.

my Alaskan purple too messed up thing lol
I decided to top mine-I removed all the mutant parts, which left 2 leaves and 2 branches-looks pretty pathetic right now, but the branches have grown half an inch since yesterday,so I haven't killed it yet....
Congrats on becoming a grandpa carcass
Thanks,shotta!
They finally named her, so she's not just "baby girl" anymore...
They picked a good name for her...uncommon, but not too "millennial"

Well you sure had a run of bad luck with seeds/males.
I did....I was hoping my unlucky streak was over, but it's still hanging in there a little.

Hint:
She shares a name with a cannabis decarboxylator (not intentionally)

You're in the right ballpark,Old Salt!... extremely close, but no cigar yet....

One more hint for ya,Salt- When I told my daughter the baby's name, she said "Like in Scotia?"

Ding ding ding ! We have a winner!
She's no longer just "baby girl"...I like the name they chose, not that they need my approval -but with some of the names people are choosing nowdays, they could have done a lot worse...

That "nowdays" makes me sound like an old fart....if the shoe fits.....

Her initials are N.A.G.....So her and grandma already have something in common.... :)

Here's an unexpected update...for me,anyway ...

My "male" houseplant is a female- after 50 days or so of me thinking it was a boy-it started popping out pistils yesterday-I'd of bet $100 that that one was a male-good thing I didn't...
Even though I pulled it out of the box about a month ago, I've been feeding it MegaCrop to keep it nice and green, since it's a houseplant about half the time.
I've never had one wait this long to show pistils, but it happened,so I learned something.

Here she is- nice n healthy ...

I'm not sure why it would be flowering now- but it is- it's light schedule is apx 16on/8off
It's mom was a LowRyder#2 auto, so maybe that has something to do with it. (?)
So I'll be including this one in my updates from now on.

That's about all for today...and yes,I apparently suck at sexing plants....

Thanks For looking! :peace:

Nice job on the sexing ;)
Yep-show me a 53 day old full-flowering plant, and I'll tell ya what sex it is :)
Beautiful and bushy!
It got quadline training before I decided it was a male and pulled it out of the grow box....well, now that it's a female :cheesygrinsmiley:....that early training is going to pay off...

How about 63 days...any takers? Didn't think so!

Congrats on the new granddaughter. I was going to call her When (What's HEr Name) but Nova it is. "Not going" in Spanish!

another Granddaughter in a few hours!
:yahoo:
She was born (finally) at about 9:00 pm-a 6 pound bouncing baby girl...
:yahoo:
No name yet, but I'm sure they'll think of one- hopefully before she starts school..
Mrs.C. and I are headed to the hospital in a little while to get a look at little whats her name...
the Alaskan Purple (on the left) decided that instead of putting out another node, it would just put out one leaf...and nothing else- no branches are sprouting at the second node, either -so It's pretty much stopped growing...
I decided to top mine-I removed all the mutant parts, which left 2 leaves and 2 branches-
:high-five: That was going to be my suggestion.
after 50 days or so
Yep-show me a 53 day old full-flowering plant, and I'll tell ya what sex it is
