Carcass' $150 Low Budget Grow 2019

I don’t cook my material in the oil though, I use ethanol.
I'm going to try that one of these days...I can't get Everclear around here, so I'll have to use 151 rum..
Baby that isn't a timer ending that is a smoke alarm hunny. Lmao.
When the kids were home, they used to call the smoke alarm the "dinner bell" :)
I canned soups and stews when the price of the ingredients was low,
MrsC. used to do that- now that I'm in charge of the cooking, stuff just gets vacuum packed and lost tossed in the freezer....

I do add lecithin, but I use soy- it's granulated, so I add it to the oil when it goes into the Magic Butter Machine-
I've seen it mentioned that it's better to add it after infusing, but since it's dry granules, I add it before I turn the MBM on....
I'll be using it for awhile...the smallest size I could find around here is a 16oz jar...

Thursday was transplant day for the little autos-it was supposed to happen Wednesday, but a surprise visit from the granddaughter put that plan on hold...
They're 9 days above ground today- a little young for transplant, but I did it this way last time and it worked
ok, so I'll try it again.
Before yesterday's transplant:

And yesterday after transplant:

Here's how they look today (haven't changed much)

They've been watered, and fed 3g/gal of Mega Crop- lights are set to 19/5
They didn't seem to notice the transplant-no droop or anything, so that's good...

Now they get to just do their thing for a week to ten days, then the quadline training starts...
I have no idea how these autos are going to respond to the training, but we're going to find out!
If they do what the last ones did,I'll be happy!

That's about all I've got today...except...
My daughter in law is in labor as we speak, so I should have
another Granddaughter in a few hours!

Thanks for looking...
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Thanks,Sparkey ! My son just checked in- no baby yet,but any minute now!
Mom is close to 24 hrs in labor,so she's definitely ready for that baby to come out!

How 'bout now Grandpa!
Thanks for asking,Mr.Sauga
She was born (finally) at about 9:00 pm-a 6 pound bouncing baby girl...:yahoo:
Not very big,but her mom is only 4'11",so 6lbs is about the limit...
Mother and baby are doing fine....

No name yet, but I'm sure they'll think of one- hopefully before she starts school... :)

Mrs.C. and I are headed to the hospital in a little while to get a look at little whats her name...

Congrats grandpa!
Thanks,Chef!
My other (3 yr old) granddaughter says they have to call her Suzy, because that's the best name for babies (according to her) she hasn't told the parents yet, though....
love from the 420 fam to everyone including what's her name ;)
Thanks,Mr.S.
I'll give that message to Mom and Dad and "cute baby girl" .....

The new parents better change that pronto, before it sticks.
They've got it narrowed down to 2 names-I'm not sure if they're going to flip a coin or what...the 2 names are still a secret...so we should only be calling her "baby girl" for a few more days. Of course, she doesn't care one way or the other....
Congratulations to you and yours Carcass
Thanks,Candy !
She's a little cutie- looks more like her grandma than she does me- thank goodness!
Although she does have my toes....

:happy-birthday: to your granddaughter!
Thanks,VG- Her birthday is Valentines day,and the other granddaughter's is April Fools day-I've always been terrible at remembering birthdays, but these 2 should be easy...Although,I forgot yesterday was Valentines day till this morning.... ;)

One of my kids is an April fool as well. Lol
One born on the Ides of March. Another born on their grandmas b-day.
Makes it super easy to remember.

I feel for your other granddaughter, as I share her birthday. She'll have every prank and practical joke imaginable played on her. I sure hope she doesn't share the other part, as I was dropped off by the Easter Bunny as a joke.

BTW: Let me know if you want any wrapping/packaging ideas.

It's Monday update time..!

Not a great week in the old grow box- things were doing well until Saturday, when one plant decided to
stop cooperating...

Here's both of the little seedlings (12 days above ground)-if you don't look too close, they appear to be doing ok:

But... the Alaskan Purple (on the left) decided that instead of putting out another node, it would just put out one leaf...and nothing else- no branches are sprouting at the second node, either -so It's pretty much stopped growing...
I need to figure out a plan B for this one-I think I'm going to give it one more day, then decide whether to top it, cull it, or just let it go and see what happens.
It's about 3 days behind now- not good for an auto-

It looks like it tried to top itself, and it did a shitty job...

The Pink Kush CBD is growing like it should-no funny business like the other one...

This one will be getting topped in a few days, then a few days later the quad training will begin.

That's about all for today- kinda bummed that the AP is a dud, but that's
the way it goes...they can't all be gems....
Or maybe it'll surprise me...although it already surprised me once, and not in a good way ;)

That's about all there is for today...

Thanks for looking,I appreciate the support! :peace:
