Well, hell, T- no "last grow of 2024" thing for us- not this year anyhow...My Queen G is defs faaaked mate lol.

But there will be I first grow for 2025 XoWell, hell, T- no "last grow of 2024" thing for us- not this year anyhow...
Considering that neither one of us is apt to stop growing any time soon, we'll just do one the next time our schedules (and seeds) coincide..
Sound ok ?
Me too!(I like your new avatar)
Thanks Carcass!Ha!
I just checked out your journal- You ain't no slouch, that's for sure!
Smoking weed and Brisket in the same journal- nice!!!
And Congrats on the well-deserved JotM win!
Sounds like a plan...the one I've got going now should be done first weekBut there will be I first grow for 2025 Xo
Your happy plants say it all!Slouch? Depends on who you ask!
Queen G will sometimes start (and end) kind of small but she might surprise you.Happy Monday!
Seems like a good day for an update, and a little tutorial too!
First up- The 2 week old Queen G auto...she's healthy enough, but she never really "un-drooped"from the transplant...
3.5" tall now, so she's growing...
The flowering clock is ticking, I hope she grows a bit more in the next week
Thank you very much Carcass! Had to Bookmark this for future use with so many things in the fire now. This will make life better!Happy Monday!

Pretty sure this one isn't going to get too tall for the box, but she'll do alright....
And, as promised yesterday, here's a little how-to on making HHC mud...
First, you'll need to get the isolates -1oz of HHC,($34.99)+1oz of HHC-o($39.99) and mix them 50/50..
or, (and this is easier because HHC-o is workable at a lower temp) just use HHC-o- its effects are a little stronger than regular HHC, but it takes ten minutes to kick in, the HHC effects are immediate..
The isolates need to be heated to 125f or more before you can easily work with them...
So, while that stuff is warming up,(20 minutes) weigh out a gram of decarbed weed (260f@90minutes) which has been finely ground in a spice grinder...
Add .7 gram of the isolate- it'll just sit on top, so we need to heat it to 175f for 30 minutes...
Which is accomplished here- the pilots on that side are too close to the stove top, so there's a constant 120f area, and a constant 175f area...a hotplate would also work if you don't have a prehistoric stove in your house..I leave it there for half an hour, then..
Remove from the heat- you'll notice the isolates have soaked in in some spots - stir it up pretty well- then mash it into the bottom of your container and sit it on the heat for another half hour or so...this will make sure that all the isolates are absorbed into all the weed (no dry spots)
After 30 minutes, remove from the heat, stir again ...there may be some chunks you need to chop up...little chunks are fine, but break up the big ones...
And now you've got mud!
If you want to kick the octane up a bit, add a tenth of a gram of kief- any more than that, and it starts to look like sand...which is ok too..
And there ya go---1.63g of hi-octane mud!
And while I was making the mud, I tried something else..
I wanted to see what superfine weed powder (ran through a kief sifter) would do- this is the same amount of weed and isolates- feels like firm play-doh, smokes like hash...not really hash, of course, but not too bad
Same weight as the mud...
mud 15-HHC "hash".JPG
same weight as the mud, works the same, harder to use, more work to make- I'll stick with mud...
The isolates can be found online at CannaClear- smaller amounts of HHC are available, but you'll need to get a full oz of the HHC-o- ...I recommend the straight isolates (no terpenes) because, by themselves, they have almost no flavor, so they don't change the flavor of the weed much at all...
Or, use only the HHC-o- I haven't done this yet (I'm out of HHC-o) but I'm going to- it costs just a smidge more, but it's 4x easier to work with than the straight HHC...
I think the mud cools your smoke because the HHC doesn't burn, it vaporizes- this vapor is significantly cooler than the burning weed, so it actually cools the smoke before it gets to your lungs..it seems to make the weed burn a bit longer, too.
I haven't smoked without it since I made the first batch...
edit -Each gram of mud costs apx $1.75, assuming you already have the weed and kief, and your labor is free...
You can make about 35 grams of mud from an ounce of isolate...
and there's 50 or more "doses" in each gram, so it's pretty affordable stuff...
Cools the smoke, so you can smoke more, and adds a little HHC buzz to the mix...
So that's all I could think of- any questions ,don't be afraid to ask...
edit-oops!- forgot a couple tags- @Ramblinrose1965 @StoneOtter @Grand Daddy Black
Thanks for looking,
I appreciate your support
She's not growing like the last one, but she's doing alright...seems like she's finally getting serious about the "growing" thing...Queen G will sometimes start (and end) kind of small but she might surprise you.
Thank You, Son.....I'm waiting to see how long it's going to take Mrs.C. to rememberOh and Happy Birthday old man
Thanks, T.!- She's a little droopy, not sure what's up w/that...seems healthy otherwise..She looks like a super cutie
You're welcome, Stone-Thank you very much Carcass!
Thank You, GDB- And thank you for your glowing endorsement!Great tutorial on the Mud, Carcass!
It sure seems like it...the "no cough" thing makes it a bit more "enjoyable", too...I believe you're right about it making the weed burn a little longer, or perhaps, slower.
Well it did fall on kind of a doozie of a Nov 5Thank You, Son.....I'm waiting to see how long it's going to take Mrs.C. to remember
