I just looked at your thread...yes,I guess it's just that time of year...
I really hate that,because I wonder is it the seeds,or is it something I'm doing?
Hopefully,by this time next week,we're both back on track and our seedlings are growing like weeds!
 
I suspect that I've been drowning my seedlings. Coco or not, I'm cutting way back on the water during the early stages for my next grow.
 
That's a thought,Salt...I'll let the one that did pop dry out-since
being nice n wet evidently isn't something it likes much.
My usual way of doing it worked for the last crop,but these are
different strains,and autos...their requirements could be quite a bit different..

We'll have our boxes decked out in green again before we know it.

She used to years ago,but now gummies are her thing.
I'm going to try and make some one of these days, but for now,I make a trip to the dispensary
every few weeks,and spend a ridiculous amount of money on them for her.
I can't really knock them,because I haven't tried them...I get high the old fashioned way-I just smoke my stuff...

You should definitely try your hand at making gummies.
If i can find a babysitter for this weekend I'll be attempting to make Preston's gummy recipe. That is if my molds get here by then otherwise I'll just do the extraction and get that part over with.
I'll let you know how it goes.
 
The second harvest from the Northern Lights is going into the jars today,so here's the final weight on that one...
Here's stage 1

So 88grams or 3.14 oz.
It's looking like 3 oz is about the limit (so far) on what plants grown in the box will yield,
which is enough to last me quite awhile,but nothing to write home about...
That's it for the NL-still waiting on some seedling action for my next grow...I'll let you know how that goes (or if that goes):peace:

The problem I'm going to have is that they can't taste like pot,or she won't use them...
If I can make some that have no cannabis taste to them,then they might pass inspection.
When I make them,I'm planning on using @Preston9mm 's recipe,I guess I should just ask him how they taste- if they're nothing but "fruity goodness" then they might fly with Mrs.C:)

I think that there is a way to blanch them to get rid of the chlorophyll and lessen the taste.
It's on one of the extraction threads. Can't remember which one though.
If I come across it I will throw a link up for you.

What I've read is that after filtering out the vegetable matter, you put the solvent + extract in the sun or under a strong light for several hours to get rid of the chlorophyll.
 
Beautiful haul Carcass!! That’s about the same as that BBK of mine was. You did a fantastic job!
I believe @Dutchman1990 has had good success with gummies too. I think the strong flavors of the jello really help to mask any weed flavors that might try to sneak through. I’m not a big fan of the flavor either.
 
If the flavours are troubling you can also put a sour coating on them by using citric acid and sugar!
1tbsp to 1/4C of white sugar I find is a good ratio! If you want it more sour then just adjust to your liking!

I hadn't smoked Northern Lights for years, I'm reminded now why I liked it so much back then...
