Carcass' $150 Low Budget Grow 2019

Especially the reverse drag queen.
Thanks,Shed!
She is doing pretty well, considering she narrowly missed being deposited in the green waste...
Girls are looking beautiful even the mutant!
Thank you,Candy-
I spotted the first pistil on the mutant about ten minutes ago,so she might do
some real growing from here on in...

Thank you,HH!
It actually worked! The clone is alive, and putting out fresh pistils under a 19/5 light schedule-so apparently, mom's an auto...
Shouldn't be, but she is-
So the clone will be my seedmaker- I've got some Northern Lights x Big Bud pollen from my first round of males almost a year ago,so I'll pollinate her when/if she gets a little bigger...
this is only my second attempt at cloning, so I'm pretty surprised that it even worked..

I’m not too surprised, I thought she was acting like an auto. She’s gonna be one heck of an auto taking so long to show pistils! Cool idea for breeding too. Look who’s got their thinking cap turned up to high!! :Rasta:

I thought she was acting like an auto.
It just took her so long to flower,I didn't really think she'd prove to be an auto,so I'm a bit surprised...
Might as well make seeds.
Thanks,Shed-
Might as well-my idea to plant her outdoors eventually probably won't happen now,so she can just spend her life in the box, making seeds (as nature intended ;) )
Hopefully,that year-old pollen is viable-

If yours is dry, it should be good by that standard.
It's been in a little vial with a silica gel packet in my sock drawer for almost a year,so It should be good...
I also found another big vial of unlabeled pollen in there, so I might also do a "pot luck" pollination with a little bit of that....
Who stores pollen and doesn't label it?.... jeez...

Gotta love the system based on water with an unknown salinity level.

in my opinion, it’s still a bit too early to say definitively that the clone is flowering. I think in 15-30 more days under 19/5 you will 100% know. If it isn’t flowering, and it does veg, it could just take a few nodes to shake off the flowering organs. Although I believe, it is possible that a plant with recessive auto genes could express those recessive genes with the right stressors.. i.e. being a house plant with an inconsistent light schedule.

I think I’ve read/heard something along those lines.

It'll be around for awhile,so we'll see what it does- it's 17 days in the solo cup today, but it's only been "growing" for about the last 4 days.
It has more pistils today than it had yesterday,so I think it's going to continue flowering, but time will tell for sure..

Update time on this cold, rainy Monday!

I'll start with the autos in the box- They're doing ok in there, even the little mutant is starting to look more like a plant....actually maybe more like a little hedge, but at least it's growing...
The mutant Alaskan Purple auto is on the Left,Pink Kush 30:1CBD auto on the right: (clone in the middle)

The mutant's doing alright, considering she's just two main branches.
Both autos are 33 days old today,PK has been flowering since day 16,and the AP has a few pre flowers, but isn't really flowering yet...which is a real good thing, since she had a rough start.

Neither one is very tall yet,but there's quite a few budsites on both

Notice the custom suction cup plant tiedowns-;)^^ All the reflective windshield shades I used to line the box came with 2 suction cups, so I've got about twenty of them...might as well put them to use, since I never throw anything away....

Here's a little better look at the 2 autos:

The PK is going to be a pretty one, I think- already showing some black/purple on the buds...
she's got 1 double bud on her-

And the clone, still alive, still flowering- going to end up a seeded spog® eventually.....:cheesygrinsmiley:

That's about all there is in the box, so lets take a look at the part time houseplant...
She's out in the cold patio room today, because it's drizzling rain outside...
1583783453738.jpeg

In case you don't know the story on this one- It started inside,in the box, but then I declared it a male, and turned it into a house plant....
18 days ago, it proved me wrong, narrowly escaping the greenwaste container...(Thanks,Mrs.C.)
It's from a homemade seed (2017)- Low Ryder#2auto is the mom,and dad was a Northern Lights/Afghani bagseed.
17" tall and flowering for 18 days. (70 days old today)
1583784707527.jpeg

I thought she might be flowering from her crappy light schedule, but the clone I took from her is continuing to flower under a 19/5 light schedule,so she's probably a late flowering auto...
She's growing about half an inch per day,so still growing, but I don't think she'll end up much bigger than she is now, probably top off at about 20" tall (mom was 12")

She's starting to get a few trichomes on the buds
1583786046047.jpeg

She's getting 6g of MegaCrop every 2 or 3 days, and sits out in the sun when there is sun, which we aren't going to see for the next 3 days or so...I may try and stuff her into the box for a few hours a day,to keep her healthy...:)

That's all for this update...
Hope your Monday is going well,
and thanks for looking,I appreciate your support! :peace:

Our first seeded spog®!
I hope it grows a bit more-right now it's only good for about 5 seeds....
It is growing, but very, very slowly .
I don't know much about clones-is it normal for them to be slow growers at first??
