Tail pipes. Aphids have 2 little extensions off their rear. Mostly root aphids will exist below the surface. They will emerge and fly.
Imo considering where you are in your grow I wouldn’t worry about them. Also if you are around 14 weeks it’s probably about ready. Some tropical sativa will definitely continue to grow regardless of what your do. The purple Honduras haze I just flipped can go upwards of 20 weeks.
