CaptainLucky's First Indoor Golden Tiger Grow 2023

I think your climate is around the same as mine?
We have until about mid-October most years. That's about 85-90 days.
How long should that one take?
Thinking about it, you could bring it inside to finish, as long as you can prevent any pests from coming in with it.
Herbies says 65- 70 days ,I’ve only tried twice with Auto’s and they both were what Shedster refers to as Spogs.
How many days until your weather becomes inhospitable for plants and bare arms?
Usually around the first week of November but you never really know. It could be first of October or mid November. CL🍀

Auto Update: Even though I love the look 👀 of a plant 🪴 growing on my deck. I think 🤔 it’s better not to attract any pests that could end up getting indoors. I have enuff to worry about now and why invite trouble. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Dehuey Update: I contacted Wally and told them that I was about to have over a thousand dollars worth of plants ruined because of their late delivery. I must’ve woke a sleeping giant because now it’s going to be here today! I knew that they could do it if it was a priority. Shout out to wally, thanks. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Dehuey Update: I couldn’t believe it but here it is. Delivered! CL🍀

Close the door and report back! :thumb:
I will take it under advisement and then consider the other 🤔possibilities n then I will proceed in whatever manner I deem appropriate. Thanks. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Dehumidifier Update: The heat wasn’t a problem but it’s just too small to be very much help. RH was still in the upper 80s this morning. So now comes a hole in the wall for an exhaust fan. This is going to fun without the right tools 🧰. CL🍀

At least with the GT being predominately Thai genetics they high humidity shouldn't be too much trouble for it. My outdoor ones sometimes get rained on towards the end of flowering without issue.

I got the first hole done but it’s hollow with another piece to get through. CL🍀

Update: I’m not sure if it’s a deficiency or what exactly but something is going on with my Chocolate Thai. I was gonna scope her but it’s light out time now so tomorrow. Here’s some pictures maybe someone else knows. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Sativas want soil that's different than crosses and indicas from my reading. In flower especially they need some soil ph adjustment. I use a pinch of fast acting dolomite lime in a half quart of ro water and stir and let sit for a day before i start using it. Then I stir it and draw 5 ml and put it into a gallon of ro water and feed to runoff. I'm not sure this is your issue but it just may be. It's something you can read at Skunk mag under The Rev's things under growing sativas I think or something you'll see obvious to this situation.

They like a soil ph at 6.5 ish

Krissi has something with Potassium to maybe?

They look great though as is!

I reused last year’s soil amended with organic garden lime per @InTheShed so the soil ph should be good but I might try adding some to agua and see what I think 🤔. CL🍀

Dehuey/Exhaust fan Update: I completed making holes in my closet with a cold steel chisel n a ball peen hammer. I tested the door closed with the rh @ 62% for 10 minutes and after it was reduced to 60. So I think 🤔 it was a success. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

:welcome:Morning Update: I’m very happy to announce that my exhaust fan was an overnight success and that the RH is no longer a problem. I have to admit that it makes hearing the T.V. a bitch but the white noise makes me sleep 💤 longer so it was a double success. My closet Tiger is now acting like my tent Tiger 🐅 with some of the sugar leaves drying out. I’m not sure if this is just something that Golden Tiger does but it takes away from its beauty. All of the buds are getting heavier and I’ll have to be tying up branches. But it’s not a bad problem to have. lol I’m going to scope my Chocolate Thai and Panama later today and I will post some pictures. I hope everyone is having a great weekend and grow. Please remember to support the Sponsors and participate in the monthly competitions. Happy growing n stay healthy. Here’s a couple of pictures from this morning. CL🍀. :morenutes::cheesygrinsmiley::thanks:Edit: This is my new used car.
