:welcome:Journal Update: I have been procrastinating because of the holidays and because I have a terrible habit of putting things off. But I uppoted my biggest AG + LB. Both were root bound so they should start looking 👀 better. I also covered them in @DYNOMYCO. I’m using PB with last year’s soil so I didn’t use any bokashi n frass. I’m going to keep them in this for their final home so I prolly won’t veg to long. The Durban is a different story though. Hope everyone is having a good week. Happy growing n stay blessed 😇. CL🍀. :thanks:

Nice upcans and new root growth! Won't be long before they settle in and take off in there, 🚀

Might have to move the leather jacket out of the way. :)
I’m going to put my Durban n ChemDog #4 in 5gl. grow bags 💼 n veg them for long time. I like growing big plants 🪴. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Question: wouldn’t using last year’s soil be a good reason TO use bokashi and frass? Also, last couple times I’ve also added EWC with the bokashi and frass. It mitigates calmag issues significantly in my opinion. Great stuff to add I believe.

You’re right about that but being in short supply of both I think it’s better used for the solos I use in the future. CL🍀.

:welcome:Journal Update: I still haven’t decided if I’m gonna buy some new soil or reuse ♻️ last year’s for my Durban n Chemdog. But I’m currently cooking some of last year’s to uppot the both of them. I reused last year’s for my other AG and added bokashi, frass and @DYNOMYCO. I’m also now running my mars hydro TS-600 along with XS-1500 Pro ViparSpectra. Also needed to run a fan over both to keep the temperature from skyrocketing. Feeding with PB as needed. Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday. Happy growing n stay healthy. CL🍀 :thanks:

Looking good 👍 I'm sure the viparspectra would cover those plants alone with ease and save some electric and heat. Probably get you through veg. Beautiful lights they are 👍
You might be right about that but I’ll have to check its dimensions. I’m planning on uppoting my Durban n Chemdog to 5gl. grow bags so both will be necessary then. I just have to figure out if I’m gonna reuse ♻️ last year’s or buy some new FFOF. I was using FFHF +FFOF but I can get the ocean cheaper. Plus I don’t need that much soil right now. CL🍀. :lot-o-toke:

Capn, You know I'm a rookie at growing Cannabis in soil, but I've grown quite a few vegetables in large pots. :) Unless it's an issue of funding for the soil, why take the risk,:hmmmm::oops: with all you time and energy that will be spent on your grow.:hmmmm::( I don't even reuse the soil in my veggies pots. :) There's lots of fungus disease around here, spores in the air/dirt, just everywhere.

Plus there are always holes/erosion in my yard that needs a little used dirt, to even things out.:)
