Awesome.
I've only finished 2 of them so far. The first pheno I hit was an amazingly fast grower. The 2nd one is much slower. Got 2 more seedlings going and can't wait to see how those phenos do. I've not hit a male yet, but I'm gonna try to make my own UD/Critical+2.0 cross with some colloidal silver. I like to mix the 2 strains in my bowl and figure I could skip a step with a cross.

I've seen a lot of variation in the various phenos of UltraDog, but this is exactly what I would expect to see in F2 seeds. Perhaps sometime in the future I'll find 2 phenos of UD that I like and make some F3s.... I think that's how it works.... I get all that breeding stuff mixed up.

I didn't pay any attention to time on that. I eye mine daily and just start peeking around when they start to get some plant mass going.
Look for one or two that grow much faster than the others. I'm getting about 1.5x the speed on one pheno... keep an eye out for it.

Ok folks, i have a smoke report on this Mataro Blue. Complete and total couch lock!!! 3 minutes after smoking half a joint i started feeling it heavy behind the eyes, within minutes it moved down to my chest and in my arms then down my legs. I started sweating profusely and had to stagger to lay down in front of a fan. I laid there for 30 minutes before i could move my arms and legs again, i dont smoke very often but often enough to know whats good and whats top shelf. Trust me, this is top shelf body buzz weed. It took about an hour and a half before i fell asleep for 10 hours without making a blink. I have 5 more of these going still, three in flower and two more in veg. This only went 49 days and i only harvested half the plant. I will be harvesting the other half tonight. The dry weight on half the plant was 24 grams, so i should get another 24 or more tonight. On another note, i received my seed order today with PPP and S.A.D. and Afrodite and Bubblelicious and three freebies of blueberry headband, Mango Sapphire and Northern Lights Blue Auto. I've only popped 4 seeds, but not run into any mutants yet.
I know a guy.... he's grown a UD or 50.... I'll tempt him to chime in on the subject.

Actually... just looked at the photos more... did they come out with the seed case stuck to the leaves?
Sometimes when they come out with their hats on, removing the hat can cause a touch of damage to the first leaves.

Thats sorta what it looks like but no, all the seed casing fell off normally. One of them only has one leaf coming in on one side and it looks all deformed and shit but ive had seeds do some crazy shit and come out just fine. We will find out which are females and go from there.

Just get rid of the mutants, they'll be slowest of the bunch. I mean you can keep them until you figure. If they're females they'll produce very little and have less vigor. Around 10% of them will be mutants. Later these usually lean slightly more on the Chemdawg '91 side and this side brings a lot of shitty traits unfortunately. I guess you'd like a nice mother, so just don't get these come in the way.

Thanks for the info. I will go ahead and pull the two mutants. This still leaves 4 healthy seedlings so i should be in good shape.

Nice bean selection cannaruss. I was just checking out the seedling pics above and the mutant plant and the pplants in the 2 pics below it show signs of nute-burn to me. Even the cotyledon leaves have yellow tips on the mutant. What is in your soil mix? You have your grow rocking now!

No nutes, its just Jiffy seed starting mix with 20% perlite added. Only ph'd water around 5.9. Thanks for the kind words Ghetto

Yowsa... mighty good looking dog babies!
I just clipped up a Crit+2.0 from Dinafem. Good stuff. I like the C+... smaller buds, but numerous. Really good smoke. Smelly as hell.
