Yesterday I harvested my outdoor plant. I used the 3 bucket method, putting lemon juice and baking soda in bucket 1 and then very warm in bucket 2 and cold in bucket 3. Due to discovering bud rot in the past few weeks I decided do a trim in advance of drying to avoid putting rot and possible mold into the drying space (a multilevel hanging mesh tent).

Mesh tent hanging in dark closet.
Temp 71 / RH 50
Trimming might be a problem now as it looks like my bud today is already drying and I'm pretty nervous it will be crunchy too soon. Do I need to add some humidity to the closet? Not sure how I'll do that cause my humidifier is currently in use in the indoor tent. I've worked too damn hard to get this part wrong.

50 is kinda low unless you can close them in and let the moisture in the buds raise it.

You could always boil some water and put the pot on a trivet on the floor of the closet for a bit.

Or if you have room in the fridge you could go with low and slow. My go-to low and slow instructions are here!
Ty,. I'd do that the fridge dry, but I have no room.

If I can make a recommendation that everyone ignores for some reason, take the cover off the peat puck when you plant it! I even cut the bottoms open before I drop the seed in so the tap root doesn't meet an iota of resistance.
Hi Shed, when you germinate seeds do you put them under the light when they emerge or do you leave them under a dome for high humidity? For some reason they're not staying upright and not clinging to soil so they popped out. I put them back in. I really should be past these kinds of problems. I think I'm going back to planting directly in soil :(

I germinate mine in a peat puck directly under a 23w CFL (probably 4" away) for both heat and light. The RH in my house is rarely under 50% and I've never used a dome for seedlings. And as soon as they break the surface they are out in the sun.

I'm not sure what you mean about clinging to the soil and popping out though. Can you explain?
Ty I've seen so many different ways. Good to know from you!

They came right out of the puck. I figured out it's because I was being too conservative with watering in an effort to not drown them. Not sure it will save these seeds but we'll see.

I got my Stonington blend today and wondering if I should use that instead of pucks.

Still not sure what you mean by came right out of the puck! Do you mean the tail pushed the seed out and exposed itself to the world? That would mean it wasn't dropped deep enough in the puck to begin with.

If that's not what you mean, do you have a pic?
Yes, they weren't deep enough. I did push them down gently and watered more as I was being too conservative in fear of drowning them.
