Hey Rainstacks thanks! You are so much like me in that you like think things through....and through...and through. LOL
Very good point on the self pruning possibility, I was looking at them last night and the only leaves with the problem were lower, under the bigger leaves. I hope that's all it is, I don't see any other issues coming around since I first noticed it and the two leaves that were the most affected yellowed completely so I removed them.
I got my nutes all ready to go for the next water schedule...
got my herbs in from outside and have a few clones in water to try to root them along with a weeping willow branch my Mom brought over.
Actually, a really serious storm a few weeks ago took down a 40 year old weeping willow in their yard along with some huge oak trees. They cut the pieces up and threw them in the log pile. Yesterday they found a 2 foot piece of limb in the pile that appeared dry....but there were fresh willow shoots coming out the sides of it. Nice and healthy. It looked really cool, but I can't submerge a 2 foot piece of log inside a pot indoors for the winter.
So I cut the shoots off and have them rooting too. They are very easy to root.
All done for the day, so on to a nice relaxing ballgame.
Thanks for the reps too!
