Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

Re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & M

Anybody here know the scoop on why Herbie's site is shut down?

Damn, my favorite seed supplier....

The internet explanations are:
They lost their credit card processor and are looking for a new one.
Everyone who made orders will receive them,
They didn't get busted or closed down.
They can't process payments.

Yeah, that's a one-of-a-kinder on that sprout. I couldn't stop giggling when I was trying to get pictures.
Thanks for the work relief, I'll pass it around :passitleft:

Passing through to see if everything's ok. Did you get ugly weather? :circle-of-love:

Hi Jim, sorry that I've been scattered with time here lately. It should get better by next week and I'll have a lot more time.
We got snow on Saturday, quite a bit. I didn't go anywhere, that first day of snowfall is always a nightmare in traffic. Sunday it was pretty cold. Today the sun is out here and there and the snow is melting. Good thing, I still have to get the lawn tractor fixed and moved inside so the snowplow guy doesn't hit it.
I'll be by to check my favorite grows within the next couple days. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. :)

:circle-of-love: Hello all! Happy Thanksgiving!

Right backatcha Wild Man! Eats lots and rest lots. :circle-of-love:

:thanks: Hopefully they will be back up and running when I'm ready for another order. :)

Still trying to get some update pics, I think THC Bomb x WW x MK is about ready for harvest. Two White Widows are now on flowering schedule, and still waiting on one in veg to show sex. I think I saw a hint of a female calyx today...
I transplanted the final Purple Paralysis to a big girl pot this morning and it's crowded under that T5 for sure! Still waiting on the bulbs I ordered, they're stuck at the post office for some reason.

I have decided that the Mars 300 light is not a good light to use for seedlings. Every one of the young ones I had under it had yellowing and unhealthy leaf issues. I have them under a flourescent fixture as of this morning. I'll use the Mars 300 for flowering or for vegging for bigger plants where I need to fill a bit.

I'll try to get some pics up in the next couple days.

Re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & M

Well, after a long wait to receive the T5 replacement bulbs....my luck just wasn't there. The new bulbs won't light up either. So.....it's a ballast issue or a wiring issue inside the unit. I'm going to have to move all of the plants out of there and tear apart the unit to either replace a ballast or fix a wiring issue. Grrrr.......of course it's out of warranty. Never occurred to me to test a good bulb in there, so I have spare bulbs for the future now.

Heading downstairs for some pics this afternoon, so I can finally get some updates on here.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Has anyone ever made a "Hashimal"?

Hey Canna, im curious about your mars300 I grew both my Swiss Cheese and Raspberry Cough under a mars300 from seed and didn't have any issues. What was your height?

I also made a little purchase myself. 4-24w full spectrum led bulbs. I'm thinking of adding 3 in the flower room, 2 at floor height, angled to spotlight the middle of the plants and the other up top. I think I'll also use one for cloning/veg.

Oooohhh....lights. Kind of like getting special presents. LOL

Yeah, the Mars light...I never got it closer than 12" to the seedlings. I tried farther up but then they went to stretching on me. I'll try it again on my next round of germing seeds with a fresh batch of seedling soil. We'll see how it goes. How far away was yours to them?

Thanks for the input. :)

Hope your having a happy Thanksgiving! :MoreNutes:

I looked back at my journal today to find out how high the light was and did remember the RC had a little stretch during the 1st week.

I had my Mars300 around 18 - 24". The SC grew from seed under my other led light for the 1st 7 days then under the mars300. The RC had a little stretch from rockwool to 1st set of leaves. The stretch was about the size of a cigarette without the filter. It stood on its own and after a repotting, some where around 1st week its stopped the stretch and its growing fine.

Colorado.....laws on infused products.

I just received a book, the author is located in Colorado and is in the Cannabis infused foods market. I found the most interesting comment about the laws there in regards to the production and dispersion of infused products. The book was published last year. The author states:

"Every plant and every unit of processed product- whether buds of marijuana, infused treats--must have a radio frequency identification tag attached to it; these are tracked by satellite. Every package sent to a dispensary is batch numbered and packaged with strict warning labels, and we report every single infused item that leaves or comes into the kitchen. This helps the state ensure that items come from authorized sources."

OMG! I am going to have to take a serious look at our current laws on infused products, which I have yet to do. Shawnee....from what you've read, are we in that kind of territory on labeling??

Alrighty, what's going on in the veg room? Here's all the plants in Veg:
From left to right.

Back Row: Sweet Critical, Super Cheese, and Blueberry Cheesecake
Middle Row: Caramelo, Purple Paralysis #3, and Purple Paralysis #2
Front Row: Pineapple Chunk, White Widow, and Purple Paralysis #1

The yellowing of some of the leaves has stopped and training is in progress on a few of them.

I have confirmed that the third and final of the White Widows is female. So, no pollen this round. This is a definite pistil:

And I was peeved off to find some white spotting, and found the culprit. I still have a few thrips, so I'll have to get the neem oil started and release some lady bugs in there. The honey on a stick worked like a charm for feeding the ladybugs. They loved it. (Thanks for that Radogast!)

The flowering room has Lemon Venom, White Cookies, and two White Widows. I have brought the THC bomb x WW x MK upstairs for harvest. I'll have pics of that over the weekend.

Here's some flowering girls. First the White Cookies, who needed a drink. She's happy now:

Lemon Venom is putting out the trichs on the leaves for sure:

And here's the seedling 3 Leafer Darkstar today. Looks like it's growing normal leaves now:

One of the two White Cookies clones. These two didn't so good, I'm going to give them bigger pots this weekend and see if I can get the yellow tipping corrected. They stretched a bunch too.

That's all for today on updates. Hope everyone is enjoying their day and stayed safe in traffic.

We are definitely NOT on that path at this time, thank God.

Don't know why the actual quote was not copied but it has to do with satellite tracking of a required radio frequency tag on all infused products....
