It's finally over! We finally have the results of the Lymph node and Lung Biopsies for Mom. Her cancer has NOT spread to Nodes and organs!!! :party:
Never have my my Mom and I hugged each other so much, and cried..as we did today.
Now she can concentrate on getting the rest of the squamous cell spots and basal cell spots removed and healed. She has many to go, but at least we know the cancer has stayed put for now.

Thank you everyone for your good thoughts/prayers/wishes and Karma while we waited for this. As Dennise said on her thread recently, it obviously worked.

While I'm here, another new baby this morning. DarkStar #2 is almost completely up and it appears it will be a normal 2 cotyledon sprout.
I planted the third seed, the tap root is slow going, so I'm thinking it may take a bit longer for that one to sprout. I have confidence.

My ww1 grew with 3 cotyledons and 3 shoots per node for about the 1st 6 nodes then went to a normal 2 shoots per node. My ww2 grew 2 cotelydons and 2 shoots per node then when i switched to flower it started growing 3 shoots per node.

This plant is so like the Morel mushrooms to me. There is no real way to absolutely know where those durned things are going to turn up or why, like Cannabis plants are just not exactly predictable either. They just do thier own thing sometimes. LOL

You are so right! Thats one of the main reasons i use the "KISS" (keep it simple stupid) approach. As long as they stay green I'm happy! Glad to hear about mom's news!

Well I woke this am to a huge sea grape tree that fell on top of my car so I don't have a car anymore to even drive to work work it's a fine line between where's the gun and yahoo all I can do is laugh, well and smoke a joint. Yeah it's one of those days put the bowl up and bust out the zig zags

Hi all, not a lot of time this morning before heading to work. (Ohio, it's hard labor work....a factory job. And SO sorry to read about your poor car!)

First of all, thanks for thumbs up on the book review!

Second, I have the final Darkstar sprout poking out today. YEY I was worried about that one, I'll try to post a pic of the taproot in a couple days. All three came up without the helmets. Very happy.

Good Morning everyone.

My plants' light schedule is going to be way off until tomorrow when I can reset things. Apparently yesterday early afternoon a squirrel went to nosing around in the wrong area of my power pole behind the house and blew the transformer. When I got home from work last night around 11:30, I discovered the power out and looking at the timer in the veg room, it stopped at 2 p.m.
Unfortunately the squirrel did not survive. (go on with the fried squirrel jokes guys) I was holding the light for the power guy while he replaced the unit, and the poor critter was lying at the bottom of the pole.

I'll try to have a pictorial update tomorrow on all the kids.

Okay, quick update here. Not the best, but it's what I have at the moment. Major change in work schedule starting Monday, I will be working 7 days in a row, with two of them being 12 hour days back to back. I'm gonna be tired and confused. LOL

Here are the three Darkstar seedlings. They are doing well, and are under their own light in the veg room (2 CFL's)

The Veg girls. The two in the back are White Widows and I think they will be headed for flowering in a week. There is no training being done on them. Just noticed you can't really see the other older White Widow back there. I'll try some better pics tonight of individual plants
The yellow leaves you see on some of the others are from a problem a couple weeks ago before they went into bigger pots, that is not getting worse. I'm just going to leave them there.

Flowering, the main two. First is White Cookies after a good defoliation to open her up. She is doing great:

I'll have an update on the other "seedlings", the Purple paralysis and such, later too. They seriously need to be in bigger pots today or tomorrow.

Makes me tired just reading that schedule. Just do the best you can I guess. Happy thoughts go out to you to help that time pass quickly.

Okay, let's get the laughs in. I was going to show you all how the taproot looked on the stubborn DS seed, but I could not get a picture of it that didn't look....well....how it looks. :laugh:

So after you are done giggling, notice the brown area on the end. That's how it looked coming out of the shell and stopped. I gave the paper toweling a really good soak and finally coaxed it out. It was planted right after I took the pic and came up within two days.

I did something a little different with my cannabutter this time, I poured it into freezer trays. After it set up, it popped right out. Now I just weigh up what I need for a recipe.
