Canadian Growers Group & Friends

Same here, I always grow photo's, I guess I like having the opportunity to produce seeds for future grows. Although I may try some auto's or auto fem ...in the future to speed up my seed production, Its nice to see I'm not the only one still growing regular seed each season. It just seems these days everyone is jumping on to the auto flower train.
There is just something appealing about buds that are ready while others are still waiting for their first pistils to appear.

Lol...I guess in the end it comes down to why you grow..Some growers are in it for the money legally or illegal pro and non pro ... Some are consumer grows that grow to just consume bud for the joy of getting high, Then there is the med folks that grow to help an ailment they may have in their lives, Then there is the breeding crowd that love to play mad scientist and try to create the next best stable strain. lmao and so the list goes on....

Although with a photo reg seed on Dwc system with a quick blooming type strain, you could grow it just as quick as some auto's ,even with having the 12/12 light cycle flip , 3 weeks in veg. (21) days.. 6 weeks (46) days in bloom... Thats (67) days total ,and if the seed took 7 days to germinate that's still (74) days from start to harvest and some auto's take at least that long to fully mature. lmao... but yes I agree with ya my friend seeing bud sooner is always better! ;)

i'm thinking cloudy lake auto and Tom Ford automatic are sounding pretty good :blunt:
i just jarred my mk ultra auto, smoked a small sample and had to go back for more :yummy: not even cured its good.
i highly recommend the MK Ultra auto (cost is only draw-back), one of the best i have smoked in the autos. i have a photo mk ultra in flower so can't wait to try it :lot-o-toke:

Lol, I'm kinda a mix of all three of the types of grower you describe there. Joy of getting high, with the satisfaction that only comes from consuming something you have grown, ailments that are treated by the plant, and seeing what each seed/plant can bring, especially if it's new to me.

Hmmm.... That does sound like a good idea to make Cloudy lake into an auto especially for the folks around here in Canada that like to still grow outdoors with our short growing season... Now to find a strong viable Ruderalis pheno to breed into the cloudy lake strain. lol

automation is not always good thing im kinda simple myself and order regular seed..

bit of a pain if you have plant limits.. you dont know what you have right a way male or female.

but you got to love the vigorous growth coming from a seed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i find the clones are a bit slower ..

cheers

Anyone have any experience growing Golden tiger 3rd generation, Malawi, or A5 killer from Ace seeds? Pros/cons? other than Ace seeds is there a Canadian source for them?....Thanks
Yes True North one of the sponsors here carries ace seeds.

I've grown Malawi once , cloned and went straight to flower and still out grow room. stretch is insane. very strong weed and had some mates who got all parnoid smoking it and didn't like. i like alot myself.
Have you used true north?

they good, little expensive, in ontario so don't pay for stealth shipping.
if @True North Seed Bank don't forget discount code: 4m20
