Thank you @nivek , You are so right about the bends and the decrease air flow. That's exactly why I got an infinity T6 that can suck a golf ball through a straw. :roorrip:
i think you should do the same to the opposite side of the grow tent as well.. let in more air.. i have 3 half way open in a dark room black curtains .. down to floor with clothes pegs in middle seem cold air falls to floor from window and sucked off floor into to tent.. i have variable speed control say set around 80% of max.. suck about 400 cubic ft per min .. tent is 5 x 5 x 8ft 200 cubic ft.. cycle 2 times a min.. tent is concaved and air is suck right though fabric as well im sure.. ..

as i pump out the filtered air clean ..

does anyone pump in outside carbon filtered cleaned air into there grow tent and would it make a difference?

anyone one recommend quite 6 inch blower with db?

I totally recommend infinity t6 or s6.

I only have the one passive vent in tent.

Secret Jardon makes kits for passive light leak air vents. Has anyone used one... I'd buy one, but not sure how they work. when ordering there are several pieces and I'm not sure what to order.

it's insanely easy to make a light trap with simple black cheap pvc fittings.

2 curves and a length in the middle. just make sure middle is long enough. can use a P curve between rooms to feed c02 on opposing cycles. inches between. easy peasy.

can even build an S curve if deep enough.

Hi @nivek and @Zembretti

Agreed. I picked up the Arizer Q and the Solo. Like to use the Q hukkah style too. Think they're both awesome. No doubt it seems like vapourizing is wasteful - well I seem to use up a lot more product anyway :laughtwo: but with legalization, and outdoor gardens producing kilos I can't give enough away. lol

I totally recommend infinity t6 or s6.
got a picture? is it anything like a vortex? s6 or s8 not as powerfull but suppost to be quieter ..

was looking at in on amazon they say 38 watts.. wow i wonder if its running that seems extremely questionable ..

the db 32 is awesum .. tempting to buy just for sound level

i bet 100 bucks its not sucking though a big 6 inch carbon filter and drawing 38 watts at 350cfm

200watts i bet..

can you test the sound on it with your pyle sound meter great toy but not a toy ..

real world.. .. im going tested my sound again after watching

i got a big muffler on my line highly recommend for home gardners ..

That thing is costing you as much as it costs to run my lights... lol 230 watts seem kinda high for a fan... 400 cfm is more than big enough for 4x4 tent... I can't hear a thing upstairs.. lol

Hi Nivek, that's a great picture of crabbing. I assumed you were likely a fisherman. What kind of crab, Dungeness or Red Rock? Great pic!

Last night I had a chance to sample some small buds that were nearly dry from my Mango Karot plant. This was a tough plant to germinate from seed. No seeds would pop until I learned they have to be scratched with sandpaper. Apparently, some seeds need that. I remember throwing away 10 T.N.R. seeds from KC Brains because they didn't germinate, and now I'm thinking they might have if I scratched them first. Anyway, I digress. Before hitting the Volcano I was thinking I would not grow Mango Karot again because of the long flowering time of 16 weeks, definitely a labour of love. After 5 good hits off the Volcano I experienced perhaps the best sativa high I've ever had in my life. Although not devastatingly powerful it was the absolute clarity that was unique. It was like I had taken a pharmaceutical-grade upper. A half-hour later I played my guitar and came up with new song ideas that came freely. After watching Netflix with my wife I went to bed and fell asleep easily with that lovely euphoric buzz.

In summation, there was no mental fog, denseness, raciness, or paranoia at all, just a euphoric, clear, super clean high that lasted for hours, super easy to converse and to concentrate when I needed to. Not trying to diss indicas or hybrids here, I grow some of those too because they finish quickly, I generally use those for sleeping meds only, but this sativa is in a category by itself. Being a 100% pure sativa freak I've grown Zamaldelica and Golden Tiger before and they were great, but this was better, again I must stress it was not more powerful just cleaner and more euphoric. Of course, there is a chance it was just the setting, and the next time I vape Mango Karot the effects may be different to me. Nevertheless, I can't wait to see what it does after a good curing.
