Hey here is a pic of the tent I use inside my shed and I run a smaller version of this kind in my house, Giving me 4 separate grow rooms with using the two tents when breeding... I can also have two larger grow rooms with dividers down for when i just want to veg and bloom for lots of bud.... Also when its in two separate chamber mode its easy to keep one side for vegging and the other for blooming plus great for having auto's and photo strains at the same time in one tent. Oh and that middle shelf comes out easy too for more room! lol :)

The tent was cheap , bought used because guy forgot weed grows pretty tall. It's perfect for me to clone in and a cheap way to add a extra grow area to your operation.

Do you love the sun blaster domes for humidity... I sure do it has upped my cloning success big time :)

I can get 98%+ success with the domes when cloning, i get 90% with the old school tub and lights.

I find the domes combined with heat mats gets almost 100% clone success. I can pump out 80+ clones every 5-10 days with the two humidity domes, i can do 40 in the tub but takes extra few days (7-14) in tub for roots.

Still I like the tub idea too!... Do you have better success with rooting small clones or larger?

I don't think it matters smaller or bigger for success, i find it matters more top or bottom of plant for me.
i like smaller clones 2-3 nodes to fit dome and because i have to start cloning two months before may 24 to get 200 clones ready for when people want them. Small ones end up big and big one end up huge and drink a solo cups dry twice a day later on, pain in the ass watering 200 clones in solo cups. I top my moms and clone tops (they are bigger 5-7 nodes) and i find them the harder to clone, but that might be because top growth is new and bottom growth is older than the size. Tops do make awesome clones because of the branching so maybe if i was doing like 8-10 clones indoor i'd go bigger for that. I also prefer to clone in rockwool cubes because pellets kind of suck, but i can't trade in cubes because most people if they don't get them in ground right away forget to water and rockwool dries out fast.

Mothers, 17 different strains. I have no clue why i grew that many but at least i'll have a variety of weed to smoke this winter.

Thanks for the reply on the clone question mustang... You gave me some good idea's on how to better my next cloning project. :) Have you considered rapid rooters instead of rookwool they seem to keep the moister alot better then rockwool cubes. Maybe those would be better for when you give the clones away and the people that don't plant right away won't dry out as quick.
 
I've use rapid rooters and liked but i had bad luck storing them any length of time if i don't use them all(they come in big bag).
I like them for seeds when i use the paper towel method(don't germ. this way anymore), you can cut them down the side and spread open and place seed in without breaking tap root easier.

thanks mate, the rain is killing me. harvested about half my plants and have found spot of mold(not bad) in every plant so far. Not tons but i've never had a year where all 14 plants i've cut have mold in them. it's supposed to be nice weather for awhile because I hope because i still have plants 2-3 weeks until ready.

Sorry to hear about the mold was it one specific strain or all different ones?.... I hope it does dry up a bit, I'm in the same boat as you lol.... At least another 3 weeks to go in shed grow and 2 weeks for outside grow fingers and toes crossed to make it to harvest with out issues. :)

I ment to ask you about this too, When using the heating mat with that tote set up, Is it on all the time or do you run it on a cycle of on off every so many minutes?
 
I don't use heating mats in tote, you get enough heat from aquarim light ballast. But maybe why it takes extra few days for roots in totes. I only use the heating mats with humidity domes, the heating mats have a thermostat switch that keeps temps. (inkbird on amazon i think).

Mold wasn't bad , maybe 2-3 buds, but a little in every plant. I haven't had to cut plant early because of it yet , fingers crossed.
