I have a condition which is untreatable by conventional medicine and have cannabis prescribed as medicine.

I understand functioning what 5 or less cannabis plants in my humble home which I've had to convert to producing cannabis as medicine and struggled within these limits and living with the concern of restricted of access to the ability to produce vital cannabis medicine.

I have both a federal personal production license and a personal possession license under the MMAR program. It was extraordinarily difficult to find a path toward legal access to medical cannabis.

My Personal production license does not specify how many plants I may or may not choose to grow through to harvest, only total plant count and total harvest limits that I must work within.


It is governor Brian Pallister and the Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba's party policy that opted out of allowing all Manitoba's of age of majority to grow 5 cannabis plants per home as now allowed by federal law.

We now have a New Democratic Party of Manitoba newly elected Wab Kinew to work with changing these unreasonable limits and converting these to policies which support our legal necessity to access, as a basic necessity to be highlighted and changed.

Regulating liquor, gaming, cannabis and horse racing in Manitoba In Manitoba cannabis for recreational use is acceded through Cannabis.

In Winnipeg Manitoba we have functioning recreational cannabis access with over 160 cannabis stores and very open access.

Based on your held belief systems, have you checked your right to access cannabis for spiritual use where you reside?

In your ideal 64 square foot garden plot how many cannabis plants would you grow and how would you section and use this garden space?

Hey King .. sorry to hear about your condition!!!

but im pretty dam sure the law in Canada is a 4 plant limit per house... and you cant not grow in an apt building,
town house complexe and stuff like that... only in a house or bungalow separated buildings

the limit 4 plants .

must grow in a house.

Lots of problems to. My struggle is with ataxia from a brain injury and degenerative eyesight. I have no problems with medical cannabis, just the disparity thrown at rec. Cannabis for me goes back to the 70's and seen so many peoples world turned upside down over it for nothing. Just a personal thing but it would hurt my pride to take a free ride on a medical. My seed collection goes back that far, many I would plant just to see whats there if I could.

If you ever wondered what oldtime landraces are like there's a guy in California who grows so many I'm drooling just thinking about it. In one video he displays what some different African landraces look and smell like and talks about how psychedelic they are. He grow so many types from around the globe. Such a genetic world treasure! I wish we had the climate here to grow what he does.

none of my friends give a shit cause we all grow. it's not like we haven't all seen a lotta weed before anymore now ... :p

Its true todays weed is just over hyped f1s and jacked up Thc %'s weed which in the end makes for a quick 1 hour or less high.. .. Where as in landrace cultivars that have been worked for generations have greater stability and a more full spectrum high, when you have better cannabinoid ratios then just super high thc % weed, It will make for a better longer lasting high experience then your hybrid f1 quickie highs. lol :morenutes:

uhhh, you never know .. :p

i understand your viewpoint. it's really only among friends. it's not a lot different than pre-legal, just a little more relaxed amongst the same folk we always shared with local.

Main reason would be for gardening to be less patutnal. Torries showed what that's about. To me plant count shouldn't even exist and the measure should be finished product. At anytime I loose my production to reveging, cloning, veging, tiny seeds you name it and would like to have the space just for flexibility. Just to have the freedom afforded to patients with minor problems would be wonderful. It's so black and white that the whole thing is about money and not peoples well being.
