Smokerto you really have a gift for bud porn pics, amazing! God I wish you could come and do a family portrait of my plants someday, you've got such a great eye, you must have some special set up for your pictures because they always seem to stand out beautifully against the black backdrop. Your buds look very sugary so I imagine they will be potent little mofos. Great work, enjoy the autumn and winter with your treasure.

Hi @Zembretti Thank You Sir
if one day I meet you to do a family portrait of your plants
I'm sure I will come back home in a bus or taxi....not with my car
I will bring my budStash and with yours
all will by to stone to drive a car to go back home:high-five:

I don't really have a setup for my pictures
just a Panasonic ZS27 Lumix(ZS20, 27, and 30) it's the same camera
great for close shots and cheap And I click&click and click one more click
not very hard to click so I CLICK....some time I can take 100pics for posting 4pics
I use a black sheet for the background and a old desk light (halogen)
if I fine a very nice pic with the colors I like I will study closely the position
of the camera with the light and I keep the same position
it's really the camera the secret Perfect and very small too

Just finish looking for seeds in a plant of the SCDCxBlueberry8 F1
and I find a great tool to get the seeds and very cheap

Latex gloves my friend. They are invaluable. I always have a box near my tent to wear when doing anything with my girls.

Hi my friend @charliewaffles
I'm a ex mechanic on cars&bikes I really CAN'T work with those gloves
and the hands in the gloves after 2 hours it smell like hell of a gang of skunk's
=not smelling good:sorry:

but I know it's important to wear glove if you trim all day
but I don't use latex glove some in wool I think
hands smell great after 4 hours of work in wool:passitleft:yes Smoke tks

Has anyone else grown lavender? Fairly proud of this one. Grown under (2)MarsTSL 2000's Here's how she turned out but the yields do suck! Prob only get 3-4 oz off her.. Anyone need a tip on this one, I keep great notes lol!

leds like mars hydro tsl2000 .. grow nice plants in veg bug in flower the light is not intense enough to produce
quality buds deeper into the canopy hence much lower yields .. the top 3 or 4 inches of buds are good..

now if your replace your pair with one cmh 630 watt 3k bulb .. going to have much more yield and
better bigger looking buds.. veg up the crop with the mars the use the cmh for flowering ..

Appreciate the input, I've been able to get the same yields as I would with a 1k hps in bloom as I am with LEDs. Currently running (2) tsl2000's and (2) 1500vipra.'s. It's really how you direct your energy when you prune and lollipop:)

CMH IS BETTER THAN HPS.. SAVE ABOUT 30% OF POWER WITH BETTER RESULTS.. ITS ALSO WHITE LIGHT NO
GLASSESS..

PICTURES DONT LIE!!!! LED 1ST , 2ND AND 3RD CHM

WINNER BY A COUNTRY MILE

CMH LIGHTING !!!!!

I do appreciate your input.. however like I said, my yields are spot on. I'll never get as much as i would from my old bulbs but I'm very close and that's all i can ask for. It truly is how you prune. My power bill is cut almost in half and heat probs are gone. I've been using bulbs for 15 yrs before switching to LEDs. I've not had the chance to try cmh but I can't believe they're better than mh/hps set ups. I'm still pulling 2.5 lbs of top shelf quality smoke off of 6 plants in a 4×8. Happy growing friend!

as a canadian grower, growing outside as well at the moment,, i would be interested in hearing from other canucks growing outdoors,,,,

a flower report

my plants outside are just very very beginning to flower now,,

karma for 60 to 70 more frost free days here in kelowna,,

cheers y'all
I'm new and on the east coast, PEI.
I've been growing for three years outside.

Bought a small 3x3 tent last so I could start earlier indoor before moving outside.
I've realized that with the extra humidity hear, I may have to think about an earlier harvest to avoid bud rot. Won't get as much couch lock but won't lose part of my harvest either.
