Thanks @ZembrettiWow, now that's what we call bud porn. Great Job!
Now there's some pollen for you, nice! I harvested some pollen from my New Caledonia male today too, and finally cut down my Purple Satellite plant. It was her time. I will begin harvesting the four others in the garden, they've been frosted for a few nights and I think they won't do much more with the cold weather. The Zamaldelica X (Durban Poison x Big Freeze) looks pretty close anyway, the others didn't get a chance to fully mature but they have lots of buds. Thanks @Zembretti
if the plant don't have boobs(buds) it's porn or not

@Odjob My Friend It's great info ThanksStoring pollen is somthing i haven't tried in a long time. My best luck was had from using glassine envelopes buried in silica gell inside a wax sealed glass jar and frozen. The University of Lethbridge is doing real advanced work on pollen storage.
Development and optimization of a germination assay and long-term storage for Cannabis sativa pollen
Pollen viability and storage is of great interest to cannabis breeders and researchers to maintain desirable germplasm for future use in breeding or for biotechnological and gene editing applications. Hey Smokerto and all my friends, nice to see DD with his new babies and his secret lab equipment, so cool and Plant Daddy with those beautiful plants, man you guys do God's work. I chopped down my Zamaldelica cross today, she was 10.5 feet tall and was absolutely ready, nearly every pistal was dark brown and she smelled like lemon and lavender. I think I got a good yield from her. Smokerto I'm not good at pics like you but here are three. Two are the Purple Satellite (one is her on my kitchen floor and the other she's hanging up in my basement. She smells of grape, sage and a bit of tar maybe. The other is my trimmed Zamaldelica cross buds, I think I got a good yield the pic shows about three quarters of the buds from her. Three more plants to harvest.@Zembretti Very Nice the Purple Satellite and the buds

Here is a pic of the Zamaldelica x (Durban Poison x Big Freeze) just after she was chopped. The branches are well spaced and better to prevent moulds and fungus. I couldn't stand it upright in my livingroom.Hey Smokerto and all my friends, nice to see DD with his new babies and his secret lab equipment, so cool and Plant Daddy with those beautiful plants, man you guys do God's work. Really nice training and spread on your plantSpeaking of pictures. I got some from my 6th week in the Plant Daddy Tent.
Hey Oddy I read the University of Lethbridge article, good advice. It's how I've done it the last couple years. 4 to 1 ratio of white flour to pollen helps dry it out to prevent mould, and storing it in a freezer keeps it dry and viable. I dusted my Purple Satellite with Zamadelica pollen in the greenhouse and it was successful - got several seeds from the one small pollinated branch. The pollen was two years old and had three quarters white flour in the mix but it worked well, maybe too well. I didn't think it would pollinate my other plants down in the garden usually downwind from the window in the greenhouse but 3 of 4 plants in the garden must have got a whiff of pollen because I found some seeds in them.Storing pollen is somthing i haven't tried in a long time. My best luck was had from using glassine envelopes buried in silica gell inside a wax sealed glass jar and frozen. The University of Lethbridge is doing real advanced work on pollen storage.

From Canada let’s all grow togetherHi... Folks for the time that I have been a member of 420 forums, I have seen a lot of fellow Canadian growers asking Canadian specific questions on sourcing seeds, growing nutrients, lighting , grow medium etc. I have not yet seen an area where Canadian growers can go and source information without having to jam up all the other area's of the forum searching for other Canadian growers to source information from. So I thought since there is so many of us on here, I would start a thread to support our Canadian Growers, a place to discuss growing in Canada, From sourcing products to battling our crazy weather across the nation. Don't get me wrong I love our amazing support from around the world that is in these forums. I Just though it would make folks lives a little easier when growing in Canada to have one area on here to go to and ask those crazy canuk questions we always ask on here eh! lol....All are welcome to share their knowledge on growing on this thread Canadian or not cause in the end we are all Cannabis people!
