Camo's 1st Grow - Coco - LED - Lucas Autos - Poll Of Strain To Grow

Hahaha we got a jokester in here do we jandre! haha yeah I for sure couldn't grow outside, not set up at all for it.

Hey OG I said I was just messing around ! Thank you for the compliment on my little ladies!!

HELP!
OK OG jandre, grizzy, slayer, brad, older, GG, hell if I missed you I'm sorry but my girls just woke up from their 4 hours of rest. They are on a 20/4 regimen, that being said all 3 were just as droopy and drowsy when lights came on! why is that? I thought they were suppose to be perky and happy ?

Sleepy... They actually go into a rest cycle. it's normal... give them time... they'll perk up. It usually takes a few weeks to develop a set cycle but you'll notice it settle out. They will droop and go into a "rest" cycle for 2-4 hours per day.

It's funny you bring this up I was just talking to atrain about mine becoming droopy a hour or 2 before lights out. I think as long as they don't stay that way you are good and if they do could be a few things, And you might want to switch to 18/6. That's you call as long as they are not over watered or getting to much intense light for there age should be ok? Let us know if they perk up in a hour or so.

Hey guys well its been about 3 hour since that post, I've recheck on the girls and they have perked up some but not much. Here is the weird thing guys and gals I watered the same amount this morning as I have been the past 3-5 days and the coco is still damp from 13 hours ago when I watered at 530 this morning.... Hmmm idk I'll just let them do their thing for the night and before bed check on hem and see how they are doing, may switch to 18/6, really undecided on that.

OG I've never peaked in on the plants while their in their 4 hours of darkness. So I couldn't tell you if they drooped or not, also no twinkly lights a of now, but maybe some day. Temperature is 81F and humidity is 37%. I only train for 6 hours a day and I won't do that today if they are dropping like this the whole day.

Jandre thank you for your thoughts, that's the thing it just seems like they are still droopy even 3 hours later :(
Slayer I sure hope it's just normal. I'll check back in on them when it's time for my bed !

Don't stress over it man. It also could be from stressing them slightly from pony tail? Just a thought was there a change in temp or humidity? Pots drying slower early on might be from a change in the environment, I know once I cooled my tent down my promix stayed damp longer at that point. Just let them alone and poke ur head in tomorrow.

They are probably just over-watered. It doesn't happen often in coco, especially if your medium has enough perlite and you don't pack it into the pots too tight, but it does happen. In fact, on my first grow I almost loved my plants to death with over-watering.

could be as simple as one dries out before the others because the fan is pointing at it or whatever. I would not water them the same as each other, water what they need. Doug great though. Only a few months and you will have smoke! 8-)

Sorry camo my computer has been on the fritz but I'm with Blaze sounds like overeater although rare in coco it can happen, my gals are like OG's they don't droop much during sleep and usually for me if I see a droop I assume something is wrong most likely an over watering stay calm and give it a day you still got like 60 days brother the gals are looking good so far! I would consider the 18/6 lighting if it was me but if you like the 20/4 do that you know how I feel if you wanna do the do it, stay relaxed you got this.

Baxter it has gotten cooler where I live so I'm assuming that their just hasn't been as much evaporation as early in the life cycle.

OG yeah I agree with you & bax too is that I just need to follow them and see how they react. Most of their lives I have watered everyday and they have been praying to the light ! Standing tall.

Hey brad it's good my man, things happen in life just got to take em and keep on moving forward brother. I may move to 18/6, on another canna site specifically on autos there has been a big debate that 20/4 is optimal for autos, but if they stay droopy I may give them 6 hours of rest instead of 4!

Slayer, they were still droopy when they went to sleep a few hours ago. I have them off during the warmest part of the day and on through the night when it's the coldest.

Blaze just saw your comment brother, temps stay usually between 70-84F. And humidity between 35-55%

Yeah it's getting fixed as we speak so no biggie. I'm just now really starting to get in to Auto scene I can see both sides of logic, I just believe some babies need a lil night night to stay happy, but at the same time you do want them vegging and taking up as much energy, so who knows... I would want to do the 20/4 schedule just to do it ya know, but I don't feel like spending the extra bread.

My Critical + suffers from a bit of depression. She was droopy before lights out yesterday and also at lights on. By this AM she was perky again, ponytailed and she still perky again at lights out. I think them getting droopy can just be part of their life cycle. Mine was between waterings, so there wasn't a drastic change in the soil moisture to cause it. I wouldn't be worried too much unless it goes on for over a day, but I understand being an over protective parent. My temps have been pretty consistant at 84 lights on and 72 lights out.

White widow in fabric airpot.

All the ladies are still droopy and still damp in the coco so no water this morning and they just woke up and still a little droopy. I did not ponytail yesterday and since hey are still droopy I won't today. I feel like there has still been some growth in white widow and maybe northern lights. But dark devil is just droopy and I haven't seen any change since yesterday. Hopefully after a couple of hours they will perk up. Going on 24 hours of being droopy.

From the pictures they don't look droopy but shying from the light, looks like light could be too intense.... What distance is led at the moment? Raise it and see if that lifts the leaves..

Well like you said it is veg for them now and I want them to grow as fast and bug as possible while they are still in veg, since it's already predetermined by the auto genetics. If they don't perk up today then tomorrow I will drop down to 18/6 to see if they are perky after an extra 2 hours of rest.

I bet so baxter and considering you just pulled 5.3oz off berry ryder! I'm sure you'd like to run about 5 of those ! Congrats on the new tent.

Farside maybe I could see one being droopy and the others not and that being how she is at times. But all 3 are droopy, so I'm assuming I over watered and hopefully they'll drink it up today or the ponytailing just really stressed them out

I was thinking 30", get them up quicker, then drop down to the sweet spot during the week... If the leaves are pointing straight up, lower couple inches. You want it as close as possible, but allow the plant to get used to the light and want more.
