Cajun and all my friends. I am in a desperate situation and I need advise. A very dear friend was just diagnosed with Corticobasil ganglionic degeneration. It is a death sentence like ALS. Please tell me someone has had success or knows someone that has had success treating this. I am heart broken that I had to get rid of everything that I had that could have helped. At least we have mmj in my state (program sucks). I am in tears as I write this because at the moment I feel less the helpless because I am unable to use what I know to help her.

I am very sorry for stepping on your thread Cajun, but I need to talk to you guys. :peace:

I don't have any direct experience with this illness, but I'm the phone with a licensed physician specializing in mmj as a frontline treatment for chronic illness.
I'll tell you immediately whatever I learn...

So, apparently one of the difficulties of this illness is that it's a bunch of illnesses & acts like a disorder.
There been no known successful treatment with cannabis though unfortunately.
High CBD has shown to extend life & the quality of it.
With cannabis, it's treated like Parkinson's apparently.

Let me know asap if you need anything. How's the oil supply?

Thank you so much my friend. You give me some hope. What I can do for her I am doing. Reaching out to the most knowledgeable people I know. If the answers can't be found from the people here with our respective resources, then I dare say the answer may not be there...yet. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.

Hopefully in the not to distant future, I will be able to set up 1 small tent in a different location. Time will tell. :peace:

Thank you very much Canna!!! I can not believe how lucky I was a couple years ago that I found this site and people. Of all the "grow sites" I could have picked, the people here are the best. I love all of you and thank you profusely for your help and support since I have been a member. :circle-of-love: :thanks: :peace:
