CA215 Indoor #3

Ahh never thought of using things that way. Think i'ma have to look into one of those systems. Pretty neat :)

Should last me for years down the road :Namaste:

Little update on the tent, I have been bending and lightly "supercropping" some branches for better light coverage. What would ya guess, CAs heavy hand snapped something woops... The accidental topped cindy received an unintended second topping yikes. That poor girl..
Plans may be changing as always, she may not make it to that first hps day. Will keep an eye on her, have been checking local dispensaries for some special genetics, something tasty.. but I haven't found it. So in the meantime we will keep an eye on her, get her the water she needs, and see how she looks. Everything else is looking great, getting super bushy and with the bending and cropping I got going I should have some damn nice hedges here in a couple weeks, ready for flower :) Picture update in a few days, I want to see some comparable growth! I also sprayed my girls before lights on with 16oz of RO water with 1/4 microbe lift shock relief, bunch of beneficial bacterias. Watered with 2 gallons 6.8pH + 1tbsp unsulph molasses. No ill effects and the girls look wonderful :)
:peace: CA

Little update, i got the remaining bushiest sweet cindys situated with their tomato cages and set them up as my experiment bunch for now. I applied the 1'x1' white square frames at angles to accommodate the upcoming growth which is coming quick, @ 1"x1" squares, cindy seems to be a workable strain you just have to make that effort to loosen her up a bit with some light twisting. The girls are roughly 1-3 inches away from the screen, keeping them lst'd down to improve lower growth. I also gave the tallest of the freedom hazes a hemp string spider web looking scrog net.. thing... :Namaste: LOL it is a little funny, may have went a little overkill on it, we will see how it works :) Sorry to bore toy with the text & no photos. Stay well :peace:

Good luck with the SCROG. I am waiting for the clones to root so I can get them into flower to sex, remove the males and then SCROG. Will be fun to watch your growth.

PS I played with my micro-cam last night.

This is about 3- 1/2" away

Loved the pics, seemed on topic to me :) I am looking forward to seeing the screens in place too! Keep up the solid work (minus the snappage!) :thumb:

Thanks RS, offtopic as non grow stuff, im sure no one would mind we all love some bud porn:smokin:
They are starting to work their way to the screens, I have been supercropping and bending some stuff to try to create a more even canopy to which all the tops will be hopefully be able to reach the screen around the same time. This should get fun on the bigger girls :)
Oh an no snappage to date since the last :Namaste: My heavy hand has been gentle lately

Thanks much skunk, anticipating your next moves sir! Should be fun for a lot of us to get into scroging at the same time, porta scrogs at that. Seems like a nice little clean fashion to keep these girls happy. With the last indoor session I learned you need support (pineapple nugs bending over to the ground ) for your branches, that be stalks or a screen, they are completely needed if you don't know how big and heavy the buds are going to get!

Those micros look great skunk, @ 3in it was very hard for me to get shots as I am shaky, and the stand it came with was not the greatest. All my shots are done with me trying to stay completely still LOL. Usually I rest the bottom clear plastic halo on the table surface and it allows me for some nice clear pics. (I think I've asked you this before) What model are you using for those micros? & what plant are we looking at here ^ :)

Im so jealous of your stash! Plants are looking really nice too hats off to you man, i wouldnt have the balls to super crop lol.

Thanks Confused1 :Namaste: Got to give thanks to a little seed and the CA sun.. Was a bountiful summer session I would say, definitely my first time growing big plants and dealing with big yields. lthough it was tiring, now that it is all said and done, I am extremely happy I don't have to go buy meds for a goooood while :) Super cropping is not bad at all.. Just got to make sure you loosen the branch up enough before attempting.. Twist that branch back in forth like the girl is dancing, this will loosen her cell wall up and allow you to bend it over, in a couple days that bend will heal and allow for more nutrients to pass through (at least this is what I read). It is also a good way to create killer amount of room to the bottom lower structures that are attempting to rise to the top of he screen :)

So.. I was going to try and post a picture of my tea I started last night before bed, I mixed in the liquid additives first and let bubble for an hour, threw in the sock last night around 11pm, and WOW, for my second tea, I am mighty impressed with the foam head action.
I am heading to do some much needed grocery shopping this morning, I will post asap I am home a picture and the little recipe I used this go around!.
Stay well, & stay vigilant!

Lights turned off on me during pictures lol, was able to get a decent(ish) shot of each plant, they are finally out of their little stress time and are pushing out new tops everywhere, yeehaw. I placed two cindys with the white screens, and I was bored looking at the girls one night and gave the one tallest bbushiest quickest growing freedom haze the hemp string spider web screen  I'm also planning on making a different screen with the cut tomato cages, will try my hand at some diy.

&, is this the "Epsom salt" ya'll use...? lol

For this tea I used the following in aprox 1.5~ gallons of water;
liquids; 1/2 tbsp Unsulphered molasses, 2mL liquid humic acid
dry in the sock; 1/2 Dixie cup vermifire soil, 1/3 cup Natures solution worm casting, 1/2 teaspoon dry humic acid sp-90, 1/2 teaspoon Azomite.

I am trying to keep everything in small amounts as I just gave all the girls a good gallon of new top soil to cover the cages. Will feed them this either tonight depending on their dryness, or will let bubble until tomorrow to feed at lights on.

Stay well everyone :peace:

They look really good! Biobizz grow is molasses, bloom sea kelp and molasses, and topmax humic acid. I don't know how much you pay but the bloom is all you need as it's a 1-2-2 rated product. It smells like vitamins while the grow smells more like soy sauce. I wouldn't consider topmax because it's too expensive

Cage Fight, Cage Fight!!!! :circle-of-love:

and as far as the camera, 50-500 magnification, black, red Snap button, Made in China, no software sent with, e8ay paid cheep one. I think you have the same model. he he

The pics were of Milky Way 2. The flowered girls just got their first flush so the ax will soon fall.

Hello and GREEN MORNING ca215 . . . . :byebye:

ON Spimps 2013 1st Grow - Ghetto Micro
watch out with those damngnats, might not seem like they are doing much now but it will be detrimental for you to not try to fix it. I would get the sticky traps like you said but that only kills half the problem. I was told to apply a nice layer about an inch of sand on the top of your soil, that's if you can't find the dimascousearth. This restricts the gnats from coming through the top of your soil. Mom and dad cant get to the babies, perfect. Then you are going to want to treat your soil with a drench, i use sns209 & 244 combined. Works awesome. Highly recommend killing all those larvae :thumb: Girls are looking good spimp, keep up the great work buddy! :Namaste: & looks like you might be doing some defol? I love defol.. :) goodluck bro!

:peace: Ca215

I'm on page 1 and looking forward to see YOUR PROCESS . . .

It seems you stay FIGHTING with those damngnats. . . . :cheesygrinsmiley:

I thinK I'm having the some issue or it could be fruit flies. . . . :scratchinghead:

I'M GOING TO TAKE MY TIME . . . :reading420magazine:

Subscribed + REPS . . . . :passitleft:

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE WITH US!! . . . . . . :Namaste:

SO, I DIDNT PH MY TEA AHH.
Hopefully it was running on the low 7's, damn I was sitting in class thinking about it feeling like a jackarse.
So... I just ph'd some water to 6.4 bubbled it for a bit and gave them a red cup and a half for the moment, as they are in darkness and sleeping I didn't want to disturb them too much at this hour! Will post some pictures of the girls here later in the day when lights flick on.

b. real- was that a mis post? :) or some info on some nice organics, just checked them out, they have a nice looking site, do you use these nutes?

skunk- they still look quite nice I enjoy em! lets ya see whats all going on, plus... lets you find the "wheres waldo" bugs amongst the dispensary buds LOL! :)

Confused- :Namaste: Lets see the scrog oh yea! Should be cool when half the grow journals are scrog related :)

LA- haha, in a stoned bored attempt at a somewhat okish looking net.... I think it came out ok  now to see how it works!

ISEARCH- thank you sir! Welcome :Namaste: I am seeing more and more white flies expecially this morning during watering.. Thinking about ordering some yellow sticky cards and possibly some SNS goodies to kill these things with a soil drench.. I forget, its SNS 203, 209.. or 244.. One of those is the powdery mildew spray I know that

Will check back later, i'm out!

Wow, you have been busy! Tons of lovely new growth you have there. It is going to be a jungle in no time! I love the spidey web too! I got a 60-100x mag, soooo fun!

Last time I brewed my tea, I gave the molasses in stages. First after I aerated the water for a big, then a little at a time as it went. It was the first time I got foam actually. It worked great for the outdoor gang, but was way too strong for my little ones inside :)

Keep up the solid work, and I am glad to hear you are weilding that very green thumb of yours with tender care!
