He used forced flash to cancel out the ambient light
So basically I just set the flash to go off with every pic. And used the macro setting to get in real close to the buds. C5 told me about it last night in my thread.

I just got threw with a semi flush... very low nutes. It never hurts when they are in pure water and still have nutes in their system.. It take 2 weeks for them to use their nutes if they are growing normally I have read.. with rapid growing plants it could take a week I guess..
how long have you been flushing and by "vital time" what do you mean??
If you were at 1500ppm during VEG...thats like 1.25 max strength, normally... then you want to be on 1500ppm during early to mid flowering. Then start tapering it down around 6-7 weeks and gradually get to half your strength for the final week of flowering or "ripening." Then 2-3 days of just water..
Now anytime you think you got some nute-lockup, go ahead and flush... pure water for your plants is a good thing and again 2-3 days is fine.. I was at 2500ppm during my last grow and they got nute lockup at the very end I gather now...thats why they went from 2 gal a day to .5 gal a day or less while at 54 days flowering... I should of flushed right when I saw the 2500ppm. I would say 125% or 150% of the max nutes is fine for a couple days, but nothing more.. The tough part is where is the limit?? luckily I know because of my "fuck-ups" but a safe bet is always 1200 or 1300ppm for mature plants

Thank you man. I really appreciate.. I wish I could just go to sleep and wake up and it would be a month in the future and my plants would be covered in white hairs and thickening up. I hate this in-between

i just turn the flash setting on even if the lights r on

exactly, and most camera's have this feature.. Its the trick to taking pics with the lights on

Nice C5R, I think I'm going to flush my lady as soon as she wakes , I've been pushing her at around 2000-2100 ppm. This may wake up those amber waves of trichs....
It will be interesting to see what this does.. have noticed any sluggish growth lately? or low water consumption?...

Thanks man. they are thick as hell.. the stalks I keep as my trophies. Really because I cant help but smoke the buds lol.. but yah I cant to be to be playing around with that 2 inch thick stalk... and realizing that the plant only grew for a month to achieve that... hydro amazes constantly.
