C5Rftw's 2nd Deep Water Culture Grow

True dat, lol.

Fry, have you tried a forced flashed shot?

I got this from your thread

take that exact shot, but with forced flash

I'll give that a try tomorrow, now that you mention it that just may work beautifully, like fill flash when the sun is behind your subject. Damn, why didn't I think of that. Yes, I'll definitely try that first thing tomorrow.

Excellent, I see exactly what you mean, this could help me a ton! I was getting pretty down about my pics, other than the macros shots I wasn't getting anything worth keeping.

Yeah I totally agree, this is what you have been missing. But look, if you cant change the strength of the place, like its too bright, just drain the battery and keep taking shots.. another thing.. when your getting use to macro.. Go ahead and take maybe 4 shots per 1 shot you would take normally... This way when you zoom in when you upload the photos, you can isolate the best ones which is often hard to see with a viewfinder or 2.0 inch screen

I hate it when people show proficiency in other areas of life! LOL!

I can grow and that's about it!

I just love lookin at it so much that i forced myself to get the hang of it.. So now, instead of a glimpse of my plants. I have them forever if the data doesn't get corrupted

I just saw the first pistolas coming threw the tops after five days. I dont believe how fast these are snapping into flowering

I just transferred the one that was being swallowed the most and transferred to Soil. So, 9 plants total. I got a little surprise today when I saw that this 2" top that I had clipped off with my fingers nail a week ago and laughingly stuck in wet soil as a joke and today it is off and growing.. weird.. I try so hard to get clones and the ones I think have no chance often surprise me..

Also I cleaned up the canopy a little bit.. you can tell I had to clip a bit more... now all the main tops are nice and in the light and I think I'll avoid a good amount of small nugs. They are also supporting their own weights again!!!.. so I dont need to tie. they are all support now...Im still leaving the weights there to help. I dont want anything moving around.

gotta clean up lol..

Alright! Now your just showing off! LOL! Not that it's a bad thing! I think she was ready with some preflowers about ready to pop when you pulled the trigger on 12/12. That's is the advantage of your plants being mature. You can force them when younger but it's just not worth it to me in the longer time to show and the lower yield. Some things are strain related but quick to flower required a mature plant most of the time.

Lol, thx man!.. Yah, I agree, they were ready to pop em out.. Thats why only the oldest plant are showing the hairs right now while the younger ones aren't showing anything...
