Burning Lights on Cold Winter Nights

Spots kinda seem to be coming back..... I wonder if the poor state they were in caused a leaf deformity? Something to keep an eye on for sure.

- I did the transplant, I let a little original soil remain around the roots, then placed the roots and seedling inside the f.F. And watered until I saw water in the drip tray. I also found out the PH from the bottle water was so bad I am embarrassed to tell you the number. But now I am at a very nice "tab water" 6.2-6.8. I notice a little growth and the girls are both reaching up for light. I feel like that somehow means they are happy and the transfer went ok. Two major factors were very wrong, I just hope they ladies forgive me.

- I am just nervous about the white specs all over my leaves, I am charging my digital camera so I can get the best possible image of the "white specs"

a thought, only that, the spots never went anywhere in the first place. when you sprayed it, the moisture on it made it look like the spots were better. till it dried off again. you 'need' to inspect deeper, imo, a loupe is an essential tool, imo, for a room, cheers and really pullin for yer kid

Dchannn,
I totally agree with nivek about the jeweler's loupe. They are really.... not joking.. REALLY CHEAP on eBay.... mine was 3 bucks and free shipping and it works great.... I'd think too that the spots could be from moisture.... you know when you sprayed them so did that coincide with the spots showing up and were they gone when dry?
:goodluck:

I let the plants dry over night, they dots seemed to be gone in the morning.
During tonight's check up, I found the dots again. Nothing can be seen on the under lead side with my eye or camera.

Looking for a lens now.....maybe a run to Wal-Tard in the mix tonight

Got a loupe, can't see anything on the underside, and nothing on the tops. Other than some ph issues :/

- maybe I am paranoid about pests, or maybe I am blind from ambition. But I don't see any thing moving. The black specs I do see are brushed away from my touch and seem to be dirt. I have hammered the forum trying to identify the concern.

-Here are the the ladies. 24 hours after the transplant. Still seeing a little growth on both plants today(good thing?)
-how long would it take for leaf deficiencies start to correct?
- give me some good vibes- defeated mites in battle #1

Dchannn,
Don't panic brother! When we get desperate I think we feel like we have to just do "something"... when the "something" we choose to do isn't the right thing..... we kill our girls. One of the very first things I read here that helped me through my whole first grow.... We almost never kill our plants by not watering enough... not giving enough nutes, etc... we almost never kill them by "under-doing" anything... we kill them by over-doing things. That made sense..... also, if I react to every tiny little spot on a leaf, I'll drive myself CRAZY (and probably kill my plant)!! Your girls actually don't look bad to me and remember, we can always increase something.... it's kind of hard to take stuff like nutes away after they've already been given!
"Will not give up".... then you can't lose! :)
:Namaste:

Getting desperate now. Will not give up!

- I have told myself over and over to get a zoom tool. Now may be a great time.

---I must say Niv and beateo thank you fellas--

Dchannn,
Good deal man.... 6.7 should work just fine.
I'm SO TIRED of shoveling snow!!! :)
:Namaste:

I hear ya loud and clear Beateo, I have of course not given them anything besides water(non adjusted).

Last watering I used 'Water' ph 6.7 , fyi

You are the man Beateo. How about that cold east coast weather?

- it is not that bad here, but still cold.
- if these plants are girls, I am sure they will punish me for my mistreatment of them.
- glad your Vicks ' rain forest' machine works like mine ;)

Update on the ladies.

- Kabala- some growth still from the new leaf set. Leaves are less dry and now feel smooth, I can easily fold them 'carefully'. I would even say I can see a little better color on the actual leaf. I hope by tonight I can post some positive pics of them.

White widow- lol this girl goes at her own pace. She looks like she is doing well with the transplant.

*about to to turn on the ozone repair Machine aim for 65/70%Rh*

Hey Dchannn, been watching from the back here. Just wondering if there's a reason you have your pH at 6.7? The viable range is between 6 and 6.8 with a sweet spot of 6.5.
I just go by this chart..

I take no responsibility for finding/ creating this pearl. Just passing it around the class. ;)
