Looks bad, but that will only be for a short time. The beautiful things about dogs, they always seem to adapt. You're ONE great owner. Keep us updated.

Personally, I would just tuck the big fan leaves and expose the bud sites. The growth isn’t that thick where it needs to be defoliated and it’s most likely going to stretch some more.. unless they have already gone through their stretch? I have to do some catching up on your journal but it looks like their still a stretch to come. Either way though, my recommendation remains the same, I would not defoliate that plant, just tuck the leaves. Before I defol the other DWC plant I thought I'd ask if you guys think it's too late for that. Here's pics showing the one I already defoliated & the one that's not. As you can see in the pics there isn't much air flow or light getting through there.
Just the plants being Auto's & flowering makes me wonder if it's safe to do so. Thoughts ???
1st 2 pics are defoliated plant.
I was leaning against doing a defol till this morning. When I checked the plants this morning the one I didn't defol was wet as hell. Leaves were transpiring a lot. Once I seen that, I had to defol or risk bud rot. Never had one get this wet before. Usually just a few drops here & there. The 1st one I defoliated looks good again now. She's all perked up.Personally, I would just tuck the big fan leaves and expose the bud sites. I Don’t see any buds forming yet really so I don’t think you were in any danger of bud rot. The plants are going to stretch, and with proper airflow and training you would have been fine I think but the plants look great so good job!I was leaning against doing a defol till this morning. Topped the OG Pie Face this morning & will start LST on her in a few days. I'll LST the DWC plant tonight that I defol'd this a.m.
OH YEAHHigh Everyone ? Well you should be !!! It's more fun that way.
Anyway, I'm fixing to start a New Journal. My last grow is down to the harvest so time to get rolling on the next one.
So here's what will be happening. I have a little 3' x 4' x 6' Propagation tent. For those who don't know what this is ....
it's a tent that has a divider in it. 3' x 3' area is for keeping a Mother plant (which I don't have yet so using it for an Auto Flower Grow). The other section is 1' x 3' & has a shelf in it. That part is for starting clones & seeds. I'll post pics tomorrow of it.
I'll be starting 3 seeds of Critical 2.0 in Root Riot Plugs. I'm only planning on doing 2 plants but starting 3 seeds just in case.
I'll just be using a 2' - 2 Bulb T-5 for Germinating. I also have a Heat Mat if needed.
Can't remember the Breeder as I've had these seeds a good 2 years. They are Auto Flowers so they will run at 18/6 the entire grow.
These 2 plants will be done DWC (with help I hope). My first attempt at DWC. I bought 4 - 5 gallon Black Buckets at the Hydro Store (2 for growing & 2 for Bucket changes). I bought 2 - 6", 2 - 8" & 2 - 10" net pot lids but I'll be using the 6" this grow. I'm just using Single Valve Aquarium Air Pumps from Walmart that are good for 5 - 15 gallon aquariums. 1 pump per bucket. I have a 6" x 1" Air Stone for each. Net pots are filled with Hydrotron Grow Rocks.
I'll be using Mega Crop throughout this grow & I'll have Cal Mag & pH down on hand. Ordered Hydro Guard but wont be here till the end of the week.
Anyways, this is how this journal starts. But within 2 - 3 weeks at most I'll be starting 3 Photo Period Plants in my new grow room. We'll get more into that as things progress. But these 3 plants will be done in XL Auto Pots & this will also be used for the 1st time. Should get interesting ... or at least I hope so.
I'll get pics up tomorrow & Tag in anyone I can think of. Any knowledgeable DWC & Auto Pot Growers are Double Dawg Welcome !!! I can surely use your wisdom along the way.
If you would like to be tagged please comment below & I'll do this in the morning when I post pics & start the grow.
L@@K forward to seeing you there. "PARTY ON"
Really looking forward to the next batch from Seedsman. Waiting for them to get the Bill Pay & process the order still.Nice seed lineup, will be interesting to see how your ph experiment turns out.
Pretty much any Pez made before 1984 is worth a min. of $10. The price just goes up from there. I probably have 500 in my collection so far. Only 3000 to go (not sure exactly how many were made). My mom collected candy and had a bunch of Pez still in their packaging
The brownie looks pretty good.High Everyone ??? Well I decided to move my 2 Solo Cup Blueberry plants to another journal also. I'll still post them here to; but these are my experimental plants for my "The pH or not to pH Grow Journal". 3.5 years ago I was told how critical it was to pH my nutes for proper absorption. Now everyone says the soil buffers the nutes & there's no need to pH. So doing a journal on it to find out 1st hand what happens. Hopefully there is no need since it makes things easier. We'll see.
These are the 2 plants I'll be using for this.
Also, got my 420 Guy Seeds today & a 50 mg. Brownie for Desert ... lol.
My weird Leaf also.
