i bow my head in shame of my poor quality pictures that i have uploaded over time. lovely picture quality dude.

yea maybe might be better to poke the blade through and have the saw covered but at the same time you don't want it to overheat
maybe some way to just keep the blood from getting in
the only other thing probably is an air saw but you can have those in the forest no compressor

LOL it was always used at my house, or a buddy's house. Never in the woods. There was also very little blood. I only use it to take off the legs and it's usually already gutted and hung by that point.

I have an old "Oster" electric knife from the 70's. I won't use it on turkey anymore, but I HAVE used it to break down a deer carcass...been a long time though as I prefer to drop it at the butcher and go pick it up all cut and wrapped in white paper.

Hell, I don't even hunt anymore, what am I saying... :hmmmm:

Hey Folks,

Very interesting read :cheesygrinsmiley:

Good morning weed Buck. Very interesting read. Some are saying yuk. Heck when I was in grade school back in the 60s,, I actually went to a 1 room school for all 8 grades, the teacher took us to a Hormels meat packing plant. We even went into the kill room. How things have changed. I doubt that would happen this day and age. :thedoubletake:

Pretty cool you are taking a glass class. That looks like a great hobby.

I'm really sorry to hear about your well. That just isn't good. I'm on a small community well and we run out of water almost every late summer. Hate it. But that isn't anything like yours. To have salt water in your well just doesn't sound like there is a fix.

Hope other than that your life is going good. Happy Days my friend. :volcano-smiley:

Good to "see" you Bill... yup it sucks but it is not the end so I will keep going!!

Looks like I have to get some pics in here and do a real update like CHH

Rock On

The record for a single Rat Terrier after seven hours in an infested barn is 2,501 dead rats I read that today every time I picture that dog diving in a stampede of rats and shakin' 'em around by the neck as fast as he can pick 'em up I start laughing so hard I can't stop  oh hope everything's going okay by the way :thumb:

Hi my Buddy Buckshot. Take a look at my Journal if you would. It's not exactly good news for us older folks. You are not going to like it My Old Friend. Sorry! We've been kind of talking about this a while now.

THsea.....said to say "Hello". He may come by for a chat with you.
:high-five:

Well

What can I say... what awesome dogs :cheesygrinsmiley:

I am trying to get back to taking pictures all the time but I am having a hard time just keeping them alive. By the time gardening time arrives these days I am totally spent and just do the bare minimum... I have been trying to get motivated in the extreme am but that too is a time when I am not operating on all cylinders (you can tell by my posts) So I am going to try some daytime gardening, maybe then if I only have the bud room at night I will have extra to take and edit some images! That is my plan anyway

:peace:

It is almost midnight. I have not been able to stay up this late for weeks. I was not able to get pictures.

I took the rest of the giant haze.

I cloned an "orange" and put the mother in to flower

I cloned sgirl and put to flower

I cloned blue ... moon... shine

I watered and fed as needed

I am sorry I don't have images, yet
