That is really nice Buckshot - Props for representing grandchildren! If your Mrs is anything like my Ex then the fact that you made it for her makes your gift better than fantastic :cheesygrinsmiley:

The sentiment behind it and the blend of colors that, in my world, speak of love and spirituality made me tear up Buckshot. I'm excited to see the next attempt. I've admired the craft from a distance through some decent craft magazines that included good tutorials, but never had the time and funds to explore it yet. It looks like you're going to hit a nice groove with it quickly.

its about improving the first try cant always be the best

I thought I replied to this... I must not click the button.

I am going solo on my next endeavor :cheesygrinsmiley:

I think you do an awesome job... I think you like to grow them "hot" so... :cheesygrinsmiley:

Man I got to try this at least once.

nope... it is like Lay's potato chips, you can't eat just one! :cheesygrinsmiley:

I've watched a local glass blower (John Ditchfield) at work & it's amazing to see a craftsman at work.
I think for a 1st solo attempt you've done great :thumb:

Thank you. It is amazing to watch but even cooler to hold the glass! I am going to have to look him up!... just did COOL!

She liked it... then the next question was "how long have you been doing this?" :cheesygrinsmiley:

Thank you :cheesygrinsmiley: I think I will have to start a glass thread and put them there. If I have time this week I will try again.

Glass looks amazing. Can't wait to see what your first bong looks like!

I am cracking up!

PC ... why 1/2?, you need to go whole hog!

Ranger I want you on my team, yup little animals are easy you just turn them inside out :cheesygrinsmiley:

back to PC, if I get your pun... It was a progression. I think marbles are really cool, I started accumulating them. I wanted to see how they did it and went on Youtube to "see" I became mesmerized by the fire... fire, fire, fire. :cheesygrinsmiley: I started thinking. Dang I could do that. I mentioned that while I was taking pics of some pipes and I was given the name of a studio.

So PC are you going to buy a baby pig? :cheesygrinsmiley:, first go on you tube to check it out :yikes:

ive actually seen someone use a sawzall
well I didn't actually see them but they took a generator and a sawzall to butcher a cow

No I'm hoping to buy half hogs (or whole hogs if I can) already gutted I'll skin it if I have to but I can't render lard or boil the head for head cheese in my yard I live in a suburban area the neighbors'll rip me a new one.....

I can use my smoker for prosciutto and smoking the hams I got a hand grinder for sausage too but if I gotta buy big equipment I'm gonna skip the idea. I'll take that pork belly brine soak it and smoke it too it's a little known fact but chimps like bacon :thumb:

One of those mill walk ee cut off saws would do the job on a side of beef I'm thinking but you'd have to get the quarters off first :)

OK here we go

The well has been compromised with salt water... So today I made my first of many water runs.

I got stuck in the driveway... hours later, a tow, less money and more pain, I have water!

only for a few days though, cause I left the quarters on the table for the water!! :cheesygrinsmiley: DAMN!

Man I have to get going in the rooms!!!
