Just be very careful Hiker where you choose. Like Cronic said it is a very dangerous place. I would worry for you there. We have Filipino gangs here on Oahu. Not all are bad, of course, but......

I did more research on the Philippines and am less interested after learning their immigration laws are not all that inviting unless my spouse is Filipino. Almost all of the Asian countries I've researched seem to have similar laws in this regard. Most of them will not even give me a permanent visa, so you have to leave the country every 90 days.

Right now, I'm most interested in South America, with my current focus being Chile. Someone said I can legally grow in Spain though, so perhaps I should take another look at "Costa Del Sol". Sounds delightful right? :)

I am being honest right now... there is no better place to live than the USA. Pick a state.

I concur with you Buck but also think everyone should feel the same about their own homeland.
