BT'z 2nd Grow: Super Lemon Haze & Golden Leaf

Actually, I'd like to take credit for Muffin Tin, but that is actually a little propagation tray that is sold with the RR's. Capitalist every one of them.

Thanks for catching up, I came home to over 175 Alerts. I just about freaked out for just a second.:eek:o_O Funny as hell.:laugh:

Get used to that. Lol! Shoot, I turn around after half an hour and I have 60+ alerts. I try to check in once an hour, at least, or I’m overloaded trying to catch up.

Rock-Paper-Scissors? :laugh::rofl:

 Not letting this baby go. Life goes much better in my world when I have Carnival, and I didn’t successfully clone the last one harvested.

To be honest, it makes me crazy nervous to not have one growing at the moment. I haven’t let that happen since I started growing the chemovar.

Good Morning Fellow Growers. A little water for the seedlings this AM.
As you can see we have a first set of the "true" (serrated) cannabis leaves emerging above the cotyledons. Sheila is the top one with the slightly wilted cotyledon. Interestingly Star the bottom one arrived later and actually has stronger looking and larger new leafs.
Over next door we have life in the Golden Leaf camp. Goldie was the first up and she's looking strong also. The little shy one is taking her time to emerge. Won't name until there is stem. I did separate the cube hole just a little to encourage her. Hope I didn't disturb to much.

Over on the other side of the tray, Nada in the SkywalkerOB group. Opened the cubes a little and looked in and the seeds haven't even popped. I'm wondering if I should put them between a folded wet paper towel or just let will be. Since the others had no issues with pushing out, I see no reason the SkywalkerOB's can't either.

Some genetic packages take more time than others. I give them a week before I start digging.

The SkywalkerOB's are closing in really quick on a week since I put them in water last Thursday, and into the cubes on Friday. But patience is a virtue or so they say. ;) So will wait a few more, what the worst that can happen, they get tossed at two weeks and I might drop a few more in water on Saturday if I see no movement by then. I originally received 13 of them, and so far have one nice looking plant to show for it, so considering the source and cost, I have lost nothing at this point.

I'm assuming that I don't want to let the spong/cubes get too dry though out this part of the process. When I did some clones I watered about 1-3ml each day. Would that be too much for seedlings. Is the little wilting leaf indicative of over watering?

Overwatering has always been a problem for me, rockwool in a muffin pan ... another way to skin the cat!
If you can pour water from the muffin tin cup, likely too much H2O. Rockwool holds water very well as I remember, but I haven't used it in a long time so maybe I'm recalling incorrectly

Peace
Keith

Life goes much better in my world when I have Carnival,

You have raved about Carnival so many times that I have tried to buy seeds TWICE! Neither time successfully, first time a seed bank just "lost" my order, the other attempt recently failed because they doesn't take Credit-Debit right now. Teasing me Sue ... that's what you are doing!

Peace
Keith

Mine just arrived minutes ago from MoC. I did have a slight credit card issue, it was due to me not having signed up for “verified by VISA”. Once I did that through my bank’s website I was all set. Shipping took exactly two weeks.

Hey Keith! :high-five:

Sorry I missed you in Cali brother, but we still might meet up somewhere someday. :passitleft:

If I remember, BT is using Root Riots, which are Canadian peat, pre-charged with root goodness and pH buffered. I’ve never used them, but I am a big believer in not watering seedlings very much, so that they will be encouraged to send roots out seeking it.

Hi Sue! Have another :passitleft:

Thanks for clearing me up about the Carnival. For some reason, I had it in my head that you initially got the seeds from another grower, and then also did some breeding and ended up with some interesting Carnival crosses. I might just be thinking of that other universe..:ganjamon:

Oh, you generous soul........ :passitleft: One more day of the sensitization protocol and I can focus on getting high again.

You're thinking of the Devil's Carnival, bred by Nismo from Carnival and Dark Devil Auto. Tickles me to no end that the chemovar wouldn't exist without me. :slide: I have only two of those seeds left, but the request for more is approved and I'm expecting delivery before too long. If you're interested Felipe, something can be arranged. :battingeyelashes:

He's using Rapid Rooters, isn't he Felipe? They need a pool of water in the tray at all times, so they never dry out. I keep mine saturated.

Oh, Thanks for that Sue. I'm not keeping them in a pool of water but I am checking them twice a day and adding 1-3ml of Clones Solution for seedlings and clones each time. Kind of treating semi-hempy, pour to waste.

What are the effects like? Is it very much Indica? :ganjamon:

Carnival, Devil's Carnival, Dark Devil Auto ... if you folks keep this up I'm going to have to sign up over at Seeds Anonymous. I think I'm almost ready to play at the big people table, so count me in if you are ever getting ready to place orders. At least I got the DL from DrDoob about what MoC is. hehehe If you all use initials you can expect a PM from me asking what it is. I know we use initials to avoid the dreaded admin PM's. I've already gotten two, in my young days here.
