Brandon's 2024 Grow Season

Lol. Initially i thought that was  your clone inventory. But then I figured no grower would keep thousands of clones around just in case they wanted to grow them out next round.

How many different varieties would you typically run at any one time?
Currently each 500 sq ft bed has its own variety. This year. The only strain double planted currently is gelato 41.
Next year my goal is to limit each garden to a strain. Each garden averages 2,000 sq ft and each bed in the garden is typically 500 sq ft.

There’s garden A, B, C, D, A-, Terrace, Hedge, and Greenhouse. Total of 15000 square ft (A- is half size)

Last year we had 1500 clones on rotation most the year

So it all starts with human fingers and little tiny seeds, planted one at a time ...

That right there is kinda profound n stuff. :bongrip: They used to do the same thing a few thousand years ago.

Are you going to be adding Perlite or Vermiculite, or other amendments, MF? :morenutes:

Wow, 48 yards is almost 9700 gallons or 1939 Five Gallon Buckets full of soil!

The premium mix had nigh nutrient levels, rice hulls, and lava rock.
I’m not a fan of perlite… lava rock and rice hulls are more natural and last better long term for living soil. I may add one truckload of rice hulls or tote bag of lava rock to the compost.
Perlite breaks down into cement like compound over the years.
And Exactly on the math.

About 500-550 (20 gallon) fabric pots for the 2000 sq foot greenhouse
One plant per pot

A few variables, loads may not have been exact.. etc

5 gallons of compost in the bottom, 10
Gallons of soil, and 2-3 gallons of compost around the plant/top of pot. About 18 gallons in each bag.

I will be adding bloom mix from Tea Lab during late flower, and feeding with natural liquid fish fertilizers through veg phase
