Brandon420's Living Soil 2022 Second Run

I usually have a good stash of mushroom honey in the closet... believe it or not mushrooms is a pretty saturated market in Cali... especially locally. When it comes to fungi,... i like to gift close friends and family when i have extra of my own... so it goes fast. I would like to get some big outdoor beds of mushies going so I can have a lot more gifts to spread during the holidays.

Good thought though... it oughta go legal legal soon enough
That’s funny that you gift it, I did the same with friends in Chicago when I lived in Florida. They loved it 💕

Lookin good,,
An growing mushies is another passion of mine :ganjamon:

Any chance of selling them in the 420 store?
Would love that after getting a good inventory behind things.
Interesting. Looks to be on a stove so I assume you are heating it.?

Can you give us your guidelines? Boil/no boil, time involved, how to tell when it's done...
Yea... learned part of this one from @nomadslanding.... some of the best regenerative teachers around.

Take whole cannabis plant material and dry thoroughly. If hand 'shuck' bud off of stem... if properly dried this helps break it down into more shake-like material. You can also simply just use your shake.
Next step, add to pot. I usually fill the pot almost to the top with dry material... no packing.
After you have the dry material in, fill her up with water.
If you have Kangen water access, you can use 11.5ph to help the material diffuse into the water more efficiently.
Medium heat, low boil 4-6 hours, lid on if dealing with an average size pot.
If using kangen... you can boil half the time.
Let cool and strain juice.
Keep cool(fridge) in sealed container if storing and not immediately using. Has a shelf life.
I usually dilute it 1:100. If using finished flower, the finished tea should have a good NPK rating for applying to plants anywhere from transitioning to flower through week 6.

Your grow area and skills are fantastic and on point.
Just finished catching up and enjoyed the read, and your for inimitable imaging ability.

Wish you the best for what ever the future brings you, and I know you will take it in stride.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,
Tok..

Thank you! I'm glad to be able to capture some unique photos and to be able to share them with such an appreciative community.
Thank you @Tokin Roll

You know you grow that skunk when you got the skunks chilling in the garden

Looking for pest in general? I have had an issue with hemp russet /broad and possibly cycl mites. Your plants will look 100% if not 200% super healthy until it turns its focus on producing buds. At first may look to be a deficiency or toxicity. Spend 3-4 hours checking 1 fan leaf out to find 1-5 or maybe none. (from pics off line infestations see huge numbers) How ever it only takes a handful to slowly murder a plant. Check any open wounds they actually spend their first 3 phases in that hollow core of stems and stalks. Where a perfectly "Looking " plant may contain 10000s of eggs. I stopped for over 8 months 2 success grows all it took was taking a clone from a buddy for them to be back. Worst pest ever.

Yea no actually signs of bugs or real sightings this year.... just general monitoring throughout the grow. They can really cause devastation when not kept in check. Thanks for stopping in @XiwsX561 ... I have more scope pictures to come soon.

I got some spider mite eggs on the lower beds by the creek sides.... a quick kangen spray will take care of that. A few beds seem to almost certainly get spider mites if left untreated through the grow.... It's something to do with being so close to the creek and trees.

Sounds as bad as that Lantern fly hitting the East Coast.Smh

Hawaiian Fanta, not familiar with the strain. What makes it different from Hawaiian? Loving your grow by the way.💕
Hawaiian Fanta is lineage is Pineapple Fanta x Grape Gasoline.... I'm not sure on Hawaiian itself, maybe someone has more info on that lineage. Haven't grown either before now... but it makes me stocked to have some more sativa dominant strains in a indica growing culture.

And thank you @CaptainLucky

Good Afternoon @Mycelium Farmer

I hope the weather has been kind to you today.

I have a question for you, that I think you can answer about your personal stash.

I image when you take your product to market, they want the buds clean and well-trimmed. So they look prettier.

Do you leave the sugar leaves on your stash to prevent the buds from touching each other?
Or, what are your thoughts on this good or bad?

Also, tell your lady I am interested in seeing her products when they become available.
